Value for money, excellent location, friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent location, always friendly staff, always helpful with any issues. Highly recommended. Use BD union street every time im in Aberdeen. The beers also awesome!

Nothing! place is fantastic!

Pros:

Friendly, welcoming and approachable staff.
Well laid out rooms with cool furnishings. Loved the recorder player and vinyl. Comfortable bed and a great shower. Quiet too. Great overnight stay.

Excellent!
Pros:

Great amount of space for our family (3 humans and 2 dogs). Welcome drink was an unexpected bonus. Location perfect for our needs. Funky decor and pick n mix was fun.

Cons:

There was street noise but we expected that given Union St location

Pros:

Massive apartment, loved the beer fridge, lovely the view and love the feel of the place

Cons:

My partner and I had been travelling and were hoping to shower before going for a meal but we couldn't due their being no hot water. We had to go for a meal and then come back to shower.

The boiler wasn't turned on and I had to phone to ask how to get it on. Not great

Nice hotel for the money with nice quirks. Free beer on arrival always welcome.
Pros:

Location was great, room itself was nicely designed with nice extras like the record player, guitar etc. Coffee was good too.

Cons:

The worst thing was the bottles of shampoo, body wash etc in the bathroom. None of the dispensers worked, non of them. WHich meant having to unscrew them whilst in the shower and pour the contents. The bottles were glass which made them slippy when wet and risky if dropped. the mini bar wasn't stocked either.

Fantastic room and very friendly staff
Pros:

Very cool room in a great location. Everything was spotless and the staff were fantastic. Great selection of vinyls in the room for the record player. Would definitely consider returning.

A very comfortable kennel
Pros:

The location was excellent,very close to the shopping centres, restaurants and drop offs for buses. The room was very nice,the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was a good size with a very nice bath,the shower fridge was an added bonus.

Cons:

The doors were very heavy and had to be propped open,the vinyl on the cupboards had blown in a few places, nothing major but a little dated in some places
