Die Einrichtung stimmte mit den Fotos nicht ganz überein. Habe mich auf ein romantisches Zimmer in weiß eingestellt. Es gab's nur dieses Foto bei der Buchung. Es sah außergewöhnlich aus und dadurch fand ich den Preis ok. Bei der Ankunft war ich leider enttäuscht, da es komplett anders ausgesehen hat.
Ich finde, dass wenn die angebotenen Zimmer so unterschiedlich sind,, sollte man die Buchungen entsprechend gestalten.
Nach Rücksprache mit der Dame an der Rezeption wurde uns aus Kulanz kein Frühstück in Rechnung gestellt. Danke dafür!

Komfortabler Abschluß unserer Ruderwanderfahrt Moldau-Elbe

Cons:

Beim Belegen der 3 EZ und 3 DZ gab es (unsererseits?) Durcheinander, letztlich zahlten wir mit 8 Personen ein EZ mehr als gebucht, was auch nicht rückerstattet wurde.
