There was no parking space available for us. The bathroom was a bit dirty (stains in the toilet), the curtain had stains, the tv was full of dust and unplugged (it also didn’t have a controller and no signal for any channel so it couldn’t be used). They left only a roll of toilet paper for the stay of 2 people in our room and 60% of a roll in the room for 3 people, and there was nobody else who could provide more. The room was very hot and we couldn’t sleep. We had to open the windows and there were people (neighbors) in the front talking which made it worse. There is also a church with bell very close which starts ringing every hour on the morning to make things even worse. There was nobody in the reception to inform about of any of the issues while we were there.
The bed was comfortable, and the room is so big. The location is also fine. The staff was also kind.
The hotel could do with a refurbishment, the shower rose was broken. Or rather, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. But I don't think it's the fault of the cleaners, I think the building is old and not well maintained.
The hair dryer was also in very bad condition. The owner should refurbish the hotel and buy new equipment,because if the bad news spreads, it will hurt revenue in the long run.

There weren't any glasses.
Room smelled like an ashtray - shower was leaking. I have bad asthma and the room made me wheeze stairs leading up was clean - deceiving as very disappointed when entered room. Light switch flashed as you had to tap really hard to get bathroom light on . originally thought was broken. didn't spend much time in room as so disappointed.

There are nice restaurants l, coffee places around the hotel.

The bedroom was good and the bed was very comfortable
I didn't like that the room was on the first floor so I had to climb up a flight of stairs and this has nothing to do with the hotel but it seemed that a nearby churches bells where ringing every 15 minutes
