No respetan las reservas anticipadas con pago al llegar al sitio

Nada porque no me pude hospedar.

Cons:

No respetan la reserva ni la forma de pago que el cliente escoge. Hice la reserva con hace un mes de anticipación para pagar en el sitio al llegar, y el hotel no respetó eso y trató de cobrar anticipadamente cuando no tenían por qué hacerlo. Cómo no pudieron cobrar me cancelaron la reserva. No lo recomiendo por no ser serios con las reservas
