Pros:

Great studio apartment to stay in Cebu City. Located in a little neighborhood, this hotel is whining walking distance of many restaurants and cafes. You check in with a front dest just like a regular hotel so it is quick and easy. Rooms are spacious and have all needed amenities (Toiletreis, desk, chair, air con, etc.)

Pros:

I like the room because it was very clean and comfortable plus we were at the 8th floor which was advantage because we're able to see the view of the city

Cons:

When we arrive my husband wanted to get some shower but unfortunately there was no water but glad that the staff brought us pales of water to use

Pros:

Just the cold aircon.. the room was fairly spacious but not sure if all rooms are..

Cons:

1. No refrigerator
2. Only one keycard.. difficult if only one person goes down to get something.. always need help from a staff to tap a card for the elevator to go up
3. Shower is fixed.. it has no hose for easy washing
4. very slow wifi
5. Only one pillow per person.. and the pillow flattens like a paper when you lie on it.. cant sleep comfortably
6. No water heater.. you still need to ask for it
7. Food from the Cafe is not worth it.. bacon was cold and very chewy.. the spam was okay.. the ice tea was not good.. staff is not approachable..

Pros:

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good.

Cons:

The neighbours have a lot of roosters which kindly wake you up at 5am and continue all day long. However pretty standard for Philippines I am realising! We extended out stay and moved rooms, could not hear them after that.
