Reu de Hotel

Konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde. Odanın havası size sanki eski dönemde yaşayan bir prensesmişsiniz gibi hissettiriyor. Temiz ve rahattı. Diğer misafirlerle de herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Oteldeki tek misafir bizmişiz gibi hissettik herkes çok saygılıydı.

This is a family run hotel and it shows. There are no receptionists and other staff who couldn't care less if you have problems which need solving. In this hotel nothing is too much for the owners to deal with. After my first night of five I remarked that my room which was at the front and on the ground floor was prone to excess outside noise. The hotel is in a very popular area with restaurants, cafes and shops everywhere. Anyway, without any gripes the owner gave me another room on the same floor but in a quieter part of the hotel. I had other issues of my own making which were resolved without any problem. Therefore I would recommend this hotel to solo travellers and couples.

Hotel very clean and very well located, very good bedding and a silent air conditioning moreover the person in charge of the hotel negotiates for you the cab and as you do not have cash it will advance you the necessary lira, top!

İşletmecisi Alpay Bey çok sempatik ve yardımcı bir kişi. Odaların dekorasyonu güzel. En büyük sıkıntı asansör olmaması.

Welcoming was great, bed was really comfy, and location is great (pretty quiet considering the neighborhood). Overall, it is a very good value stay.

However, in order to reach the very high guest rating mentioned in your website, I believe these details should be considered:

- Amenities: two mini samples (refilled) of supposetly shower gel and shampoo and no indications of which is which.

- If you are above 180cm tall, shower is not suitable, and that is a real discomfort.

- Visible dust cumulation (alongside the wall and corner)

- Breakfast area: one small table and a fix sofa for the wall place? Of course you can take your plate and drinks and go to top floor terrace (5 steep stairs to climb with full hands including hot beverage... Try it, it's fun!) but you still have only one table...

I don't mean to be picky, but considering the hight rating and its boutique size, I would have expect more concerns about details. It is still a very nice place to stay but, obviously, i wouldn't give it a near-to-perfection note.

завтрак - бутерброды, немного фруктов. за три дня проживания уборки в номере, освобождения корзин от мусора, замены полотенец, постельного не было. Номер маленький спартанский, кондиционер нормальный, нет рабочего столика с креслом, только 2 кровати и больше нет ничего из мебели. Персонала о факту нет, есть только периодически совладелец отеля - нормальный молодец. Подходит только если помыться - поспать в близости от Истикляля.

Friendly staff and very cozy and historical clean and very comfortable, it's the first hotel how has a working netflix on there TV i highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back 😊

Очень уютный и оригинальный отель с потрясающим дизайном! В нашем номере был фантастический исторический двухсотлетний потолок. Замечательный хозяин отеля Альп помогал по любому вопросу. Прекрасное расположение отеля.

Yeni açılmış olmasina karşın

+Odanın tasarimi fotografta gorundugu gibi cok zevkliydi. Alan cok buyuk olmasa da tavan cok yuksek oldugu icin ferahtı. Konumu harika ve bekledigim gibi gurultulu degildi. Netflix youtube erisiminin olmasi da cok guzel bir ayrinti.
