Cloe to middle of Kuta. Staff were helpfull and polite very helpfull . Value for money was great.location great

Cons:

No hot water. No battery's in the TV remote and apparently no spare keys. There were no towels provided. All these small things could have made the stay much more pleasant.

I booked 3 nights and left after the first night … I do not recommend
Pros:

Terrible place the pictures are not showing the truth …. If yiu like your sleep do not stay here

DON'T STAY HERE!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND USELESS.

The location was ok. Other than that nothing.

Was the most awful stay i have had since travelling Asia in the last 4 months. No one was around to check in when I turned up, the phone number on the office to check in did not work. After about an hour of wandering around a lady came out and finally checked me in. I paid cash and was given a key to my room. The next day I received an email and a notification from my bank that my card has been charged for not showing up! After complaining the next day when the office was open the guy was pretty useless but eventually got on the phone to someone. I was told that this was an error on the system and I will not be charged. However, looking at my bank statement I have still been charged and the cost has not been reverted. Awful hotel. I will never book with OYO again and you shouldn't either!
