my stay over all was good meet up with an old friend after 5yrs.
Pros:

Very good value for money and a great location.
Pros:

Small and friendly and very convenient for Peebles High Street. Hassle free booking and nice to have a range of biscuits and bottled water etc alongside the tea, coffee and hot chocolate on the tray in the room. Amazon fire stick in TV was a bonus even if TV screen itself was a little on the small side. Peebles is a charming town so being in the centre was great. Public car park just behind the main street was convenient and (for me on a Sunday) free.

Cons:

The radiator in the en-suite bathroom did not work - it was OK because I could leave the bedroom door open and its radiator was lovely and warm. But if it got colder...
