Zimmer ok. Lage Top. Personal sehr freundlich . Restaurant sehr gut .
Frühstück auch gut . Fahrräder konnten wir in einer Garage eine Gasse weiter sicher unterbringen.

A charming hotel in a fantastic location, perfect for a short stay in Chur
Pros:

Excellent central location in the heart of Chur’s Old Town, within walking distance of the train station, restaurants, and local attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the hotel had plenty of character in a historic building. It was a great base for exploring Chur before taking the Bernina Express

Cons:

As the hotel is located in the Old Town, there can be some noise from the surrounding streets. The rooms are fairly simple, and there is no air conditioning, which may be uncomfortable during warmer weather.

Decent simple accommodation for a short stop
Pros:

Great place for a quick stopover. It’s basic but clean and the staff are friendly. Was a bit worried about the shared showers as we had to get up and go early but all was fine. Good to have breakfast included! We also ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was good!

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated and not many plug sockets

Pros:

Charming, historic hotel, large room, good bed, adequate bathroom, decent breakfast although nothing special.

Cons:

Very noisy, close location to town bells made it hard to sleep. No lift, not many power points

Hotellin tunnelma oli ihana ja peittosi puutteita huoneen osalta. Hotellin ravintola oli hyvä. Racklette ja fondue olivat herkullisia. Aamupalavalikoima oli melko suppea, mutta riitti meille oikein hyvin.

Huoneen kalusteet olivat melko kuluneet, mutta siistit.

L’emplacement,la sympathie du personnel.

Cons:

L’accès en véhicule,mais en même temps en centre ville.
Les chambres mériteraient d’être un peu rafraîchies et l’insonorisation à refaire.

War okay für eine Nacht
Pros:

Positiv:
- Gemeinschaftsbad und Zimmer waren sehr sauber
- das Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Negativ:
- Lage war zwar gut allerdings befinden sich unter dem Hotel 3 Restaurants und es war sehr laut (das wm Spiel wurde bis 24 Uhr nachts geschaut)
- Frühstück war nicht so toll (die Eier haben alt geschmeckt und es gab sehr wenig Auswahl)

Staff accommodated my late check and was upgraded to the new partner hotel across the road. Clean, modern facilities. Perfectly located in town. Hotel stay also includes Chur pass for discount on cable car. Great breakfast provided, one of the best, most varied buffet for my trip

Fantastic hotel, amazing staff, would come back again
Pros:

Amazing location, really clean and comfortable beds, ate at the restaurant and it was fantastic food with really friendly staff. They held my luggage with no issues. What a fantastic hotel, if I’m ever in Chur would happily stay here again

Windows thin so could hear the celebrations outside (not a major issue)
