Die Kellnerin Olga, die war sehr freundlich. War auch gesprächig

Das einchecken war echt problematisch, das Personal war sehr unfreundlich ,genervt, unprofisionell.Hatte 3 Zimmer alle auf verschiedenen Etagen gegeben.Ich musste alles genau fragen und es wurde auch nicht gesagt das es eine Chur Karte gibt. Würde nicht weiter empfehlen. Ach ja es war ziemlich Laut ..Bei offenen Fenster zu schlafen...musst auch extra nach Fernbedienung fragen ..und wurde sehr freundlich abserviert...das sie schon alles gemacht hätte für mich ....

Pros:

Het hotel had vriendelijke bediening. De kamers en inrichting zijn simpel maar wel degelijk en netjes.

Cons:

Het ontbijt wordt niet bijgevuld en is ook niet ruim. Het eten wat er lag was prima. Rond 08:00 was grotendeels van alle producten reeds weg. Dit is erg jammer aangezien je voor een volledig ontbijt betaald.

Die Lage in der Altstadt, Fahrradgarage

Cons:

Platzwahl beim Frühstück: Da wurde man als Gast ganz unangenehm durchgemanagt. Die Bedürfnisse für einen gemütlichen Platz zum Ankommen und Start in den Tag sind mir wichtig. Ein " Setzen Sie sich bitte da hin mit recht strikter Anweisung ist eher People Management als Gastfreundschaft.

Pros:

Era muy acogedor, me bajaron a un piso más cerca por las maletas y la atención de la chica de recepción fue increíble, y está al lado de la estación, muy cómodo para tomar el bernina , además el desayuno es muy bueno

Si bien no tiene ascensor, me ayudaron y dieron un habitación en piso más abajo.
