Pros:

ロビー階はレストランになっていて、そこでホテルの受付もやっているという異世界ファンタジーのような宿でした。チェックイン時に鍵の使い方を丁寧に説明いただき、朝食の際にも愛想よく対応してくださいました。私の部屋は4階でシャワーは3階だったので降りるのが少し面倒ですが、トイレは各階にあり、また部屋に洗面台があるので顔を洗ったり歯を磨いたりヒゲを剃ったりするのは部屋で済ませられますから、そこまで不便に感じることはありませんでした。シャワーも清掃がされていて快適に利用することができました。

Cons:

階段しかなくエレベーターがない点は少し不便に感じました。日本で言えば5階の部屋だったので、上り下りに少し苦労します。ただ階段は広くて使いやすいですから、そこまで心配する必要はありません。

Hotel excelente, quartos espaçosos, café da manhã ótimo e equipe atenciosa.
Pros:

O Hotel é excelente, meu quarto era apenas para 2 pessoas com camas de solteiro e ainda assim era bastante espaçoso, com um espaço enorme para guardar roupas. O Café da manhã não tem muitas variações, mas é excelente. A equipe incrível e atenciosos, tinham alguns que falavam português.

Cons:

Não tem elevador, mas só tinha um lança de escadas no caso do meu quarto, então não foi um problema, mas é bom ficar atento.

Pros:

The hotel was very centrally located. I stayed there for the Bernina route, and the location was extremely convenient and close. The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The bathroom was shared, and there was no elevator due to the historical nature of the building, which made carrying the luggage upstairs a bit difficult

Lovely old hotel with excellent restaurant!
Pros:

Great historic hotel in the old town. The restaurant has a lovely traditional feel and the food is very very good. Staff were great and very helpful even finding me a power adapter from their huge collection of power adapters! Comfortable room and slept very well. Would stay again.

Cons:

Location tricky to find with a car but bag unloading authorised ln the pedestrian area where the hotel is located. Arcas parking nearby is good but as usual Swiss parking is expensive … CHF 1.65/hr.

Cons:

Very old fashioned rooms (pre-war?!). Whole place needs properly renovated. So-called cheap for CH but honestly too expensive for what it is
