Yorumlardakinin aksine çalışan personel gayet yardımsever birisi. Konuşma tarzı sert olabilir ama bu onun mizacından kaynaklı. Yoksa dikkatle dinlediğinizde size yardımcı olmaya çalıştığını anlayabilirsiniz. Konumu heryere yakın. Yatak aşırı sert, sert yatakta yatmayı seven biri olarak benim için artı puan aldı. Fully refund, I didn't stay at guest house
Pros:

I didn't stay at the hotel, once I arrived there they don't have any single room for me. I need fully refund for my booking.

Cons:

The gentleman ask to stay together with others ladies cause they did mistake regarding room reservation. Some of guests did not check out yet and they forget to block online booking.

Worst experience in the budget hotel
Pros:

1. Low budget accommodation.
2. Near to metro station and shopping malls.
3. Room size was small which was expected comparing to the price.

Cons:

1. The google map location and actual location was not same. Had to do back and forth for a couple of time with my heavy luggages to find the location.
2. There was no reception. There is a calling bell in the stair only. After pressing the bell, you will need to wait in the stairs for couple of minutes. There is no standing facility in the staircase. It was very difficult for me to stand there for a longer time with my heavy luggages.
3. Not welcoming. They dont like to talk to the guests.
4. Behaviour was very poor. Literally shouted at me just because I asked for the AC remote. There is a fixed remote behind the TV which I could not find.
5. After check-out, they don’t let to put the luggage for more than an hour. So, becareful if you are planning to check out in the morning and keep them for a longer time and freely hangout.
6. There was bad smell coming out of the toilet.

Unprofessional very rude male staff

1. We booked a twin room but were given a completely different, run-down room that looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com.
2. The older male staff member behaved inappropriately and unprofessionally throughout our stay. He took photos of every guest without asking for permission, acting as though it was his right. He rudely knocked on our door and removed our key card without consent—while my wife was still in the restroom—just to tell us to leave it on the table at checkout.

He tried to take my photo again while holding our deposit cash, essentially using it as leverage. I refused. He acted like he was boss and forgot that he is being paid by us—his customers. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Not recommended for future visitors.
