Konumu çok iyi. Temiz. Modern döşenmiş.

Banyoda duş alanı çok dar. O da dışarından ve üst kattan çok gürültü alıyor. Yerlerin parke olması negatif. Üst katın tüm gürültüsü, yürüme sesi, konuşmalar duyuluyor. Sokak aktif. Tüm gürültü içeride. Tuvalete, duşa gireni aynen duyuyorsunuz. Ciddi bir ses yalıtımı ihtiyacı var. Bir de ana kapı bazen kendi kendine açılıyor...

Locație foarte bună , super curat iar personalul super super ok ne-au ajutat cu ce am avut nevoie . Nu am auzit absolut nimic din exterior , a fost super liniște

Apparemment top mais il faut payer en plus pour rester jusqu'à midi
Pros:

Bel appartement très propre bien équipé et super bien placé.

Cons:

De rajouter 50 euro pour rester dans l'appartement jusqu'à midi franchement c'est abusé de mettre comme condition de quitter à 10h du matin. On a payer 50 euro pour 2 heures

Convenient and well appointed residence in the heart of old town
Pros:

Location in the heart of the city, two bathrooms, very clean, accommodations like washer/dryer, host communication and flexibility, the building which houses the residence is very secure and has a wonderful ground level cafe.

Cons:

The common room seating could be more comfortable/accommodating as there is only one small love seat.

Very good location. In the center of the old town - close to restaurants and a bus stop.

Cons:

This isn't a hotel, even though it appears in the hotel category after filtering. It's an apartment in a tenement building in the Old Town. The apartment isn't serviced during your stay—no towel changes, cleaning, water delivery, etc. The property is expensive by its standards. Dark, with small windows overlooking old, dilapidated buildings without glass. I stayed in apartment 6. Contact with the owner is limited to essential WhatsApp messages.

Magnifique emplacement, appartement d'excellente qualité qui a rendu le séjour très agréable
Pros:

Appartement très bien équipé, adapté à une famille de 4 personnes, très bien équipé, conforme en tous points aux photos, complètement insonorisé, emplacement exceptionnel pour visiter le centre ville, à 2 minutes de marche de la plaza majoré et juste en face des Due torri, vraiment top placé pour découvrir Bologne. Nous avons eu droit à un ménage surprise en milieu du séjour que nous avons beaucoup apprécié, je recommande sans hésitation. l'appartement est dans une belle galerie, avec un super café juste en face de la porte d'accès, plusieurs accès possibles. Belle expérience dans l'ensemble.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol est l'heure du check out, 10h30, ce qui reste tôt en comparaisons avec toutes nos précédentes expériences dans plusieurs pays, nous avons dû payer 30 euros pour avoir un check out à midi, on aurait apprécié que ce ne soit pas payant pour si peu de temps, même si l'hôte a fait un geste sur le prix initial, rien d'autre à signaler sinon.
