Amazing! Loved Minn Ueno and loved Tokyo!
Pros:

Comfy beds, nice clean room, enough space for 5 of us comfortably.
Close to Ueno train station and ameyoko markets, very easy walk. Also amazing having 7/11 and family mart around the corner.
Would definitely stay here again

Cons:

Rarely anyone at the front desk to ask questions or sort luggage storage etc. can use the intercom to call through though. Just a very minor inconvenience.

Great location, under 10 mins from Ueno station and less than five minutes from Ameyoko market district and all the izakayas. At the same time, it’s far enough that it’s in a pretty quiet and residential area.

The room was good sized, with a little kitchenette stocked with pans, plates, utensils, etc. if we wanted to cook, as well as a full sized couch. We had great views of the Tokyo sky tree as well. Really nice shower, wish I had that in my home.

The hotel is basically unmanned, without room service or cleaning, so it’s more like an apartment than a traditional hotel. No real additional facilities other than a paid laundromat, but it wasn’t an issue for us since we were out exploring the city most of the day anyways.

Cons:

Check-in was a little tumultuous, since we needed to check-in online beforehand and then when we arrived the unmanned QR code check-in was expired. We had to wait for staff to come and physically check us in again.

Great stay! Would stay at Minn Ueno again.
Pros:

Spacious and comfortable room. Great location near Ameyoko Market, Ueno and Akihabara.

Cons:

Would like softer pillows. Other hotels had similarly firm pillows and bedding.
