Excellent hotel & location
Pros:

The room was large, with 4 beds & a big couch. The shower was amazing. We had a great view. Location was close to Ameyoko markets, Ueno Station and a few smaller stations. There was a 7-11, Lawsons, Akeya supermarket, sushi, McDonalds all in an easy walk.

Cons:

Beds & pillows are a little hard, but that seems common across Japanese hotels.

Great location
Pros:

Fantastic rooms, we had the large rooms with 4 double beds. The size was very good. The location of the hotel is perfect, in between 2 train stations and a subway. Highly recommend. Breakfast was ham and cheese roll with Soup and coffee.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't a favourite with our group, however appreciated.

우에노역에서 걸어서 10분위치라 좋았고 청결상태도 좋았습니다.

Cons:

2박을 했는데 수건을 하루치밖에 안 줘서 아쉬웠고 직원과 대면할 기회가 거의 없습니다.무인 호텔이라 생각하면 됩니다.

Good stay for families
Pros:

-Room was decent size for a family of 4
-Walking distance to Okachimachi station
-Full Kitchen and huge bath
-Walking distance to Ameyoko Night Market and a lot of convenience stores nearby

Cons:

-No washing machine in the room unlike other apartment hotels
-Humanless hotel (everything is online!) To ask for replacement towels, you have to videocall using the tablet at reception
-No pyjamas
-slippers were reusable which for me is not hygienic
-closest train station is not Ueno but Okachimachi
