located on the other size of Ameyoko market so 5-7 mins walk and need to cross to the otherside.
Great location. Room was large enough to accommodate our family of five. Comfortable beds. Good kitchen facilities.
Breakfast was disappointing - cheese bread, soup and filter coffee. My family didn't eat it.
It would be nice to have someone on the desk for check and questions in instead of brief video call.
Luggage storage is limited.
check in check out全自動，一樓大廳有完整的休息區、寄行李區、 三間廁所是很棒的緩衝空間。房間我們是睡四張上下舖單人床、一張雙人床跟一張沙發床的房型，房間很開闊不會擁擠、行李箱全部可以攤平，每個人的床位都有自己的插座跟睡燈。枕頭棉被是好睡的。飯店地點離阿美橫町很近，最近的站是御徒町不是上野站，要留意一下。
全部線上化（包含預約行李寄放）對蠻多人可能有操作門檻，廚房跟浴室設施相較之下比較一般，房間重點比較是睡覺跟客廳區。一起入住的家人有說房間有一種霉味，開冷氣後有好一些。
Great location in Ueno. Room was clean & worked well for our family of 4. Each bed had a power point and USB. Laundry facilities on ground floor were good too. Shower had amazing pressure.
While the check-in and out process was easy with instructions provided, it would have been better if it was staffed. I often had a quick question and I had to use the online chat. I tried to use the cloud service to ask what to do with my rubbish & it was difficult to get an answer.

Great sized room for our family which was pretty much 4 adults. The locality is amazing with great foods and everything you may need a very short walk away. The rooms were so clean and property well maintained. The coin laundry was a bonus.
Absolutely nothing. Highest recommendation for families who want to be in a comfortable room that’s not in a massive high rise. Close to transport and attractions.

Self check in can be a little tedious as you had to complete a pre-check in via a link, and still had to utilise the iPad at reception to get your room number. Will be difficult for someone who isn’t as tech savvy
Great location as it was a 10 minute walk to Asakusa station. Room was clean and a good size for the 4 of haz
It’s an apartment with no one at reception. I prefer someone there personally. I wouldn’t stay here if I was a solo traveller as I would feel a bit isolated. Wouldn’t like walking back here at night by myself.
