Eten was super! Iedere dag iets anders. Veel variatie, vers. Personeel beleeft en vriendelijk. Locatie geweldig, alles dichtbij.

The hotel was very clean and modern, the room was nice and it was a very good price. The night time reception Denis was particularly helpful and pleasant to speak with. The all inclusive buffet was okay, my partner who eats almost anything didn’t have any complaints, however myself who is quite a picky eater didn’t have a lot of options to offer. After day 2, my partner started to complain about the food being mostly the same food every day, so not much variety. The bar only included a limited selection of alcohol we could have on the all inclusive , everything else was extra, and as for someone who doesn’t like strong spirts or beer, this was quite disappointing. The pool was very small and the water stung my partners eyes, not sure why, but not ideal for people who enjoy the pool or kids. My partner also bought a souvenir parrot statue which was lost after the maid came in whilst we were gone. It was most likely mistaken as rubbish as it was in a plastic bag however the maid should have been more vigilant and we received no compensation from the hotel and we were told they couldn’t do anything about it. As for the area, it was very close to the beach, but be careful as we both badly hurt our feet at cleopatra beach as the rocks are very sharp, however the OCCO beach club nearby was amazing and cheap with clean pool water,DJ and sun bed service. The 2nd beach was fine but was not nearly as popular and was near the party boat docks. There is lots of shops and restaurants around. Be careful with these places, as they will try to charge you way more than the original price and if you decide you don’t want to buy anything they may start to get aggressive.

We came 04.september around 00.30h , and we were told that our room isnot ready due to techincal reasons (?!) , so they moved us to Temiz hotel for one night,and the room was terrible,like in horor movie.In the morning we came back to Ergun and we enter our room 210,dusty sink,dirty floor,dirty windows,towels are not changed for 5 days,room was cleaned only once during our stay.Restoraunt is also poor,for breakfast almost nothing,for lunch and dinner you can find something to eat,but it is better go to backery for breakfast and in restoraunts for lunch and dinner.

Friendly and professional staff. Food is decent. We were welcomed by Kadir, who went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable.There is a public beach near which isn't the cleanest, there is 2 other beaches (Damlatas and Cleopatra) which are little further away then public beach but they are clean. Definitely recommend this place, great value for price.

We were very happy with this hotel. The staff was really friendly. The food was good for the cheap price, There was something new to eat Evert day. Very central hotel near Town and cleopatra beach.

Location is very good.
Very poor food with small choice.
Bar was open to 10pm, Sometimes at 9pm there was no beer.
Dirty room and bathroom.
Cleaners change towels and blankets for dirty ones. The last one we got with blood.
Love holidays guid man is a scam bag, selling trips took money and dissappear.
On trips we spoke with tourists from different hotels about price. Everyone paid different price.
In alanya is a lot travel agency's go there don't buy anything in hotel.

Location was good, staff were nice and since I'm Kurdish, and some of thier staff were Kurdish and for communication was much easier. Also, they have parking for the car.

Good hotel, excellent location, in center, near bars, restaurants and clubs so it is recommended for young people. Room was clean and decent. Food choice needs a bit of improvement but it was fresh and very tasty. 10 minutes walk to nearest beach. Hotel staff was great:))

Gonna be honest as I can but with the hotel was clean and kept nice staff was really helpful and friendly would go above and beyond to help kadir was the best by far he was always around morning noon and night and would help what ever the time or issue as for the all inclusive that’s where the problems lie they would let u have gin vodka beer red and white wine and was only allowed 1 drink at a time the bar downstairs wasn’t all inclusive so u had to pay for drinks the pool was quite small just a bit bigger than a bath and there was only 8 sun loungers and was always full the food was nice but mainly salads there was fresh fish and meat cooked for dinner and there was no snack bar so set meals only breakfast was simple and cereals was stale

I want to be as fair and honest as possible with this review so u can decide if it's right for you, the best thing about this hotel was the staff they're so lovely including the cleaning staff, they can not do enough and will go above and beyond, the bosses son will try persuade u to go to his shop and he will give u the best price for any inconvenience you may have had to deal with in the hotel. (Just another selling tactic) But that aside the staff, especially kadir are 5 star. The hotel including the rooms where clean and maintained and it's local to everything, markets, shops, beach, Macdonalds and Burger King (which u will probably need if you're here all inclusive), speaking of which you get breakfast lunch and dinner if you are late then you can make do with what is left, if you want the "free" wifi then you need to go downstairs to the bar where u have to pay for your drinks in an all inclusive hotel but if you want your all inclusive drinks you have already paid for then you have to pay £3 a day for the "free" wifi, food is very very limited, the meat that was served fresh was lovely but you only had the choice of 1 meat and the rest of the "buffet" was very questionable, desert was either fruit or the choice of 2 very sweet sponge cakes, but the guy in the shop across from the hotel made us cheese and onion Toasties for free offered us tea and everything, lovely man. The pool is no bigger than a bath tub 🤣 and you can't splash coz it will make the steps wet, there are only 8 sunbeds and even when asked if they could open up a section next to the bar/pool so we can get the sun and sit with our drink we where told no. Drinks where limited to beer, vodka, gin or wine with the choice of cheap coke and sprite. So if you want a clean hotel and plan on eating and drinking elsewhere and don't want to use the sunbeds or pool then this would be the perfect hotel however if you are coming with kids and want to spend a day at the hotel or sunbathe and don't want to spend money on food and drinks then this hotel is definitely not for you. Cocktails are £8 each as well as beers etc too
