Douche est très mal faite, l’eau déborde partout dans la salle de bain. Équipement de la salle de bain n’est pas propre (serviette tachée, peu de papier toilette). Chambre mal insonorisée.
Đó giờ mình đi ĐL chỉ đặt khách sạn....1 là theo cảm tính và 2 là đặt lại khách sạn đã từng ở và 3 là bạn bè giới thiệu thôi, còn Duy Long Hotel là khách sạn mà mình xem rivew trên kênh tiktok "quán của thời thanh xuân"...ít khi đi du lịch mình xem rivew lắm, vì sợ sẽ không như lời đồn...nhưng ko...Duy Long rất ok nha mọi người, giá phòng lại rất hợp lý nữa, nhân viên nhiệt tình
mọi thứ điều ok nhưng chỉ duy nhất là bộ phận lễ tân luôn vắng mặt ở quầy. Vì sao mình nói vậy...ngày đầu tiên mình đến checkin phải đợi ở sảnh 20 phút, gọi hotline thì đổ chuông nhưng ko có ai, mình phải gọi cho chị chủ thì mới có nhân viên xuống hỗ trợ. Và cứ mỗi lần ra vô ks muốn gửi và lấy chìa khóa là phải gọi cho chị chủ. Ko riêng gì mỗi 1 mình mình mà mình thấy mỗi lần khách đến để gửi và lấy chìa khóa cũng phải đứng đợi, vì đứng đợi như vậy sẽ rất mất thời gian của mọi người, mình chỉ góp ý như vậy. Mong là chị chủ sẽ khắc phục được điều này, còn mọi thứ thì không có gì để chê nữa. Nói chung là sẽ quay lại tiếp.
Nhà tắm thì ngập nước tràn ra tới phòng ngoài vì không có gì giữ nước lại cả hãy dùng tất cả khăn có trong phòng để chặn và thấm nước không cho chảy ra ngoài phòng. Giường nệm đều ẩm ướt và có mùi mốc. Đẹp đi trong nhà thì ướt chứ không khô . Tủ quần áo thì cửa không mở ra thẳng được vì đụng cái giường. Cửa sổ thì là vách tường của nhà kế bên. Khi đến nhận phòng phải chờ hơn 10 phút mới có người ra tiếp. Hình như chỉ có mỗi một người làm việc mà thôi

Exactly as pictured, i stayed in the VIP room and would definitely recommend spending the bit extra and booking this . Did see the other rooms and whilst they looked good the VIP room offers great value for money . Nice seating area , comfortable bed and really good shower . Friendly service . Is a bit of a walk from town up a hill so just be aware of that . There is a restaurant nearby I think called the motto cafe which is owned by a real nice Australian guy . Happy to stay again . Recommended
It clean, just remember dont drink the mineral water, i thought it free, but need to pay. Overall ok.
Unbelievably nice room for the price. Enclosed shower. Many TV channel selections. Friendly staff and clean room with view from balcony. Close to a small store, coffee shops, & restaurants.
I small hill to climb when walking back to the hotel from town.
The hotel is spacious . It has hair dryer , tv , comfortable bed , fan, toileteries , the bedroom was perfect!! Even have a balcony. And 2 minutes walk there’s a gym. Just pay in the gym to workout . I love this place !
