Relax e mare, senza pensieri.
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta, si attraversa la strada e si arriva al mare. Gestori gentili e disponibili. La casetta ha il necessario per poter stare in vacanza e rimane abbastanza fresca. Cani ammessi. Residence molto curato. Ci sono poche zanzare perché fanno la disinfestazione e ci sono le zanzariere a ogni finestra e porta. È un posto adatto ai bambini.
C'è una doccia esterna e un lavandino esterno, l'aria condizionata e il wifi.
Si trova a 10 minuti di macchina sia da Gaeta che da Sperlonga.
Sicuramente torneremo, perché siamo stati molto bene.

Cons:

Mi sembrava di aver letto su booking che ci fosse la lavatrice in casa, ma non c'è. Il costo del cambio lenzuola e della biancheria (solo se richiesto) mi sembra un po' altino.
Il water nella doccia non è comodissimo, perché il pavimento resta bagnato e se devi andare in bagno devi valutare se asciugare il pavimento, o entrare scalzo e poi asciugarti i piedi quando si esce. Tuttavia, questa cosa non ci ha creato troppo disturbo

Amazing location & lovely staff!
Pros:

The residence owners, Giuseppe & Francesca, are really nice and went above and beyond to accommodate any extra requests we had during our stay.

The apartment itself was clean, had air conditioning and was equipped with all basic kitchen appliances. Free parking is also available within the residence premises.

The residence location is amazing: you literally just have to cross the street to reach the nearest beach. The most iconic beach ("La Spiaggia dei 300 scalini") is within walking distance and you can get to the town center with a short drive (approx 10 minutes). Sperlonga with its beautiful historic town center is also a few minutes drive away from the accommodation and definitely worth visiting!
