洗濯機やキッチン設備があったのが良かった。

Cons:

隅々まで掃除がされておらず、埃や汚れ、カビなどが目についた。食器は使ったあとがあり、一度洗わないと使えなかった。タオルが宿泊数分の用意がないので、連泊の場合は持ち込みか洗濯が必須な旨を予め伝えて欲しかった。

目の前に路面電車が走っているが、中心部からは少し離れているので、車があればロケーションは最適。

前の日にならないと予約できない。目の前に他のパーキングがありそっちの方が最大料金がかなり安い。排水溝が汚い。

Budget Sapporo Experience for Seasoned Travellers
Pros:

Location near tram, lots of hidden gems walkable nearby just check google maps, roughly 10-15mins walking distance. Convenient parking just across at 600 yen for 24 hrs. Very safe neighborhood. Highly recommend for a budget Sapporo adventure.

Cons:

There is a piss smell at the corridor in front of my room on the 3rd floor. But inside the apartment it was fine.

Ok pour une nuit, sans plus
Pros:

Appartement récent et très propre, bien situé, juste à côté d'un arrêt de tramway.

Cons:

Personnel très difficilement joignable. Cuisine très mal équipée, il n'y avait même pas de couteaux, presque impossible de cuisiner à part se faire des nouilles instantanées. La bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas.
Il n'y avait que 4 chaises à table alors que l'on peut dormir jusqu'à 7 dans cet appartement.
Literie très inconfortable, matelas très fins, on sentait les ressorts dans les canapés-lits.
Circuit électrique non conforme, le réfrigérateur et le lave-linge étaient branchés avec des fils sauvages absolument non conformes.
On sent vraiment que le propriétaire veut faire le plus d'argent possible avec le moins d'efforts possibles. Très déçu.
