Cons:

O hotel já foi melhor. Já estive lá em outra oportunidade. Hoje está descuidado. Com camas estragadas e instalações precisando de atencao e reparos.

Localização em frente a um restaurante e próximo ao shopping, funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

Por vezes consecutivas que me hospedo necessito trocar o quarto por algum problema. Ora o ar-condicionado que não funciona, ora a tv que não sintoniza.

Do estacionamento, para carro baixinho é perigoso eu acho q devem reformar a rampa do estacionamento.

Recepção , funcionários e limpeza

Cons:

Eu reservei um quarto com uma cama de casal, e eu e meu marido dormimos em 2 camas de solteiro que juntaram , chegamos 2 da manhã de uma viagem cansativa na estrada. escolhemos este hotel achando que era bom e na dormimos nada!

Um hotel que foge do padrão da rede
Pros:

Da gentileza das recepcionistas. Do espaço do quarto. E localização próxima ao Shopping.

Cons:

Não gostei do serviço de arrumação do quarto. Ao chegar na suite com minha esposa, encontramos apenas uma toalha de banho, faltando outra e duas de rosto. No frigobar não tinha copo. Além disso, a TV não funcionou, e o técnico só viria "no dia seguinte". No café da manhã, não havia pão francês, e o café preto tinha um gosto horrível. Isso foge completamente do padrão da rede Tri.
