Tudo muito limpo e organizado, confortável, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã completinho e caprichado. Bem silencioso à noite para dormir. Torneira do banheiro com aquecimento, ar condicionado funcionando certinho, cama muito confortável. Recomendo o hotel, nada a reclamar.

Ótimos funcionários, hotel sem infraestrutura.
Pros:

Hotel sem elevador para carregar as malas ou hóspedes, frigobar vazio, sem room service, porém limpo e com funcionários muito prestativos!

Não tem elevador. Tivemos que subir as escadas carregando várias malas pesadas tanto no check-in quanto no check-out.
Também falta de cortinas blecaute(muita claridade ao amanhecer)

O hotel é novo e limpo. Porém, algumas situações poderiam ser melhores: tomada ao lado da cama estava sem espelho e não funcionou. A entrada do hotel é mal iluminada e se confunde com a saída. Tem restaurante, mas não tinha cardápio no quarto. Oferece apenas uma marca de água. Não tem ninguém disponível e com iniciativa para auxiliar com a bagagem, hotel sem elevador. Café da manhã muito bom, cama confortável e chuveiro ótimo.
