Zeer goede prijs-kwaliteit, schoon en midden in het centrum.
Cons:

Personeel bij het ontbijt, een persoon, weet de naam niet, wel blank. Steeds op haar mobiel bezig, steeds moeten vragen om eten bij te vullen en haar reactie was zeer onvriendelijk. Zeer vermoeiend persoon, helemaal geen klantvriendelijk, zo de voor het hotel.

Excellent location , bad airconditioning
Pros:

Excellent location right at the heart of chiado surrounded but cafes and shops . Modern and very well insulated unit , there was a world cup game outside and i barely could hear anything with windows closed

Cons:

I would not recommend staying here during a heatwave. The room has a built-in temperature control panel, but it doesn’t actually let you control the temperature yourself. I only wanted the room at around 20–22°C, yet it remained uncomfortably hot.

After I complained on the second night, the reception immediately said they could adjust the temperature centrally from their system, which confirmed that the in-room controls were not functional. The room cooled down for a couple of hours, but then it stopped again and I woke up drenched in sweat.

I stayed in four different hotels during my trip to Portugal, and this was the only one where I experienced this problem

Comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms.

Cons:

We ordered the driver to pick us up, but they came too early and would not come back at our actual arrival time. We were asked what time we arrived, we provided the flight arrival time, and they came too early.

The windows had no sound insulation, we could hear all of the shouting and cheering from people at the George bar watching sports in the middle of the night.

The staff told us we could leave our bags with them after checkout, but then they seemed very annoyed with us for having lots of bags.

We were a large group of 10 people, and the staff seemed like they did not know how to help a group that size.

Pros:

Perfect spot for seightseeing in Lisbon. Very close to subway station, shopping mall and main atractions in the city. Good quality of the accomodation, spacious room.

insgesamt ok, aber das Hotel verdient niemals 4 Sterne!
Pros:

Gut: Lage, Größe des Zimmers

Cons:

Das Frühstück. Eines (angeblich) 4-Sterne Hotels unwürdig. Kaum Auswahl, geringe Qualität. Z.B. billigste, süße Cerealien. Kein Müsli. Keine Kaffee Maschine, nur vorgebrühter Filterkaffee, keine lokalen Spezialitäten wie Wurst oder Käse aus der Gegend.

Pros:

Gostei de tudo. Localização excelente, ao lado do metrô e perto da Praça do Comércio, Arco da Vitória, mercados e comércio em geral. Há um shopping razoável a poucos metros. Funcionários simpáticos, excelente cama, ótimo tamanho de quarto.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo. Recomendo e voltarei.

Localização central, contudo não atribuiria 4 estrelas a este Hotel, mas sim 3 estrelas.
Pros:

Localização central. Quarto familiar com tamanho adequado.

Cons:

Pequeno-almoço limitado em variedade, e quantidade com algumas questões de higiene (mosquitos na maquina de sumo). Má limpeza da casa de banho. A zona de duche tinha zonas enferrujadas e borrachas pretas. O piso do quarto era de semelhante a uma tapeçaria e não estava bem limpo e tinha manchas. Alguns móveis apresentavam algum desgaste, várias marcas nas paredes. Varanda Suja.

Pros:

Great Location, clean, quiet and kind staff

Cons:

Not enough light in the shower/bathroom
While a kettle is provided in the rooms, only tea and sugar are available. When I asked at the reception we were informed that only tea is provided as the management wont allow coffee.
I personally dont like tea and for those who drink tea, it has to be without milk, as neither milk is provided.
We have travelled a lot and never came acriss such management ideas
