Pros:

When you arrive the property itself is great. Clean, food is great, rooms are large. It's essentially a large Riad. On the Expedia website it's said free shuttle to airport. When we arrived they denied this and said is was Expedia's fault. They refused to acknowledge the error. I even showed them the add but it made no difference. So add an Extra 60 Euros to the price of the room if you were expecting a shuttle.

Un joli paradis que nous recommandons
Pros:

Nous avons passé l’après-midi et une seule nuit dans cet hôtel, mais cela aurait mérité deux nuits de plus à notre goût. L’endroit est magnifique, calme, loin de l’agitation de Marrakech et cela nous a ressourcé. La décoration y est de très bon goût, la chambre et la salle de bain sont grandes et c’était parfait avec nos deux enfants. Belle piscine bien conçue aussi. Il y a même des chapeaux et un sac en paille pour profiter pleinement du jardin, charmantes attentions…
Un mot également particulier pour le personnel de l’endroit, qui sait se montrer discret tout en étant très serviable. On s’est très bien occupé de nous et nous avons même été très surpris d’avoir un petit déjeuner à emporter alors que nous nous étions levés à 5h du matin pour partir à l’aéroport. Un des membres du personnel était là pour nous dire au revoir avec le sourire, et cela nous a fait bien plaisir…
Le seul petit point à améliorer selon nous est la restauration, qui est un peu trop réduite. Pas grand chose pour le midi notamment. J’ai commandé pour ma part une salade cesar avec très peu de feuilles de salade, dommage… Peu de choix de boissons aussi (seulement sodas et bière a priori). Le soir c’était convenable mais avec de petites proportions. Cela aurait été embêtant si nous étions resté plusieurs jours…
Je recommande tout de même l’endroit, c’est très reposant !

Très bel hôtel au calme
Pros:

Très bel hôtel au calme dansun cadre Verdoyant à 15km de Marrakech. Si vous recherchez la sérénité loin des tumultes de la ville c'est ici qu'il faut sejourner. Des notre arrivée nous avons eu le plaisir d'être surclassé. La chambre était très bien aménagée,spacieuse avec une terrasse pour savourer un très bon petit-déjeuner, très varié avec des spécialités marocaines succulentes (crêpes marocaines, soupe de blé, tajine, viennoiseries, boissons chaudes aux choix ...). Tout était d'une grande propreté, respect sanitaire lié au Covid. Et enfin un grand Merci au propriétaire Mustapha ainsi qu'à son personnel qui était vraiment aux petits soins se souciant de notre confort.
