Pros:

La struttura è un residence composto da unità abitative complete, esattamente come da foto. Tutti gli appartamenti godono di una splendida vista mare; quelli al piano strada dispongono del posto auto proprio all’ingresso, mentre dal primo piano si può ammirare il mare dall’ampia terrazza.

Le spiagge si raggiungono comodamente a piedi in pochissimi minuti.
La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutto l’indispensabile: bollitore, microonde, frigorifero, forno, piano cottura in vetroceramica, lavastoviglie e macchina per il caffè americano, tostiera, piatti, bicchieri posate... insomma non manca nulla

Il bagno è dotato di un ampio box doccia (assenza del bidet) e di prodotti Rituals. È presente anche una lavatrice.
Ogni unità dispone di connessione internet ad alta velocità.

In sintesi, una sistemazione comoda e completa: non manca davvero nulla.

Cons:

Nei giorni del mio soggiorno è piovuto in un paio di occasioni e ho trovato scomodo e poco pratico il fatto che per pasare dal soggiorno alla camera da letto (dove c'è il bagno) devi attraversare il cortile interno (privato ma a cielo aperto) e quindi bagnarsi . Si pensa che a Fuerteventura non piova mai, ma quando capita, è una cosa "scomoda". Per il resto, tutto molto bello.

Accueil très sympathique et professionnel. Fuertevillage est une excellente alternative pour ceux qui n ont pas envie d être dans les grands hotels.

Cons:

Le lieu, Costa Calma, est en revanche un réel problème, station balnéaire sans intérêt, piètre qualité des boutiques et commerces. Et une odeur nauséabonde liée certainement à un problème de station d épuration. A éviter totalement.

Wszystko było idealnie. Zapas tabletek do zmywarki, sprzątanie, prywatne miejsce parkingowe, prywatny taras, dostepne wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy w kuchni. Obsługa bardzo życzliwa. Lokalizacja wspaniała. Prezenty na przywitanie i pożegnanie.

Fantastic peaceful stay
Pros:

Staff were really friendly, kind and helpful. The villas themselves are fantastic and private. Loved the private terrace between the living area and bedroom and the upstairs terrace was the icing on the cake. The villas had all the utensils and appliances you need and the bathroom was excellent. The overall ambiance is relaxing and peaceful.

Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal dorthin zurückkehren, der Entspannungsfaktor war unschlagbar.
Pros:

Die Größe und Ausstattung unseres Appartments waren fantastisch. Wohn-/Esszimmer, offener Innenhof, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und Sonnenterasse mit Panorama-Meerblick waren alle sehr groß, man schwelgt quasie in Fläche. Möbel und elektrische Geräte waren sehr gut gepflegt und einwandfrei. Im Innnenhof stand sogar eine kleine Waschmaschine
Wir hatten uns gegen die Frühstücksoption entschieden und haben den sehr aufmerksamen Zimmerservice nur alle paar Tage bestellt zum Reinigen. Dadurch konnten wir entspannt und ohne Stress die Tage erleben ganz nach unserem eigenen Plan.
Die Leitung der Anlage war sehr um unser Wohl bemüht und freundlich, wir hatten sehr nette Gespräche und bekamen gute Tips für unsere Ausflüge.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal dorthin zurückkehren, der Entspannungsfaktor war unschlagbar.

Cons:

Die Anlage selbst war tadellos. Nur die Parksituation auf der Strasse davor konnte insbesondere Abends zu ein paar Minuten Sucherei führen, da viele Leihwagen anderer Touristen abgestellt sind. Es gibt jedoch keine Lärmbelästigung durch diese Strasse, nur viele Langzeitparker.
