Read the warning on the packet!
Pros:

The location on Ilica Street was a perfect central location.

Cons:

There was a warning about the parties and noise from the rooftop bar and an option to cancel, which I unfortunately declined. It wasn't just the extreme volume coming from the rooftop bar until 3pm and 3:30pm, but also that the music was bad with a heavy pounding base line. I definitely will not return and will leave it to a younger generation.

Di positivo solamente la colazione e la signora carinissima che la preparava (miky).

Siamo rimasti veramente delusi.
È la prima volta che recensisco un posto in modo negativo, solitamente se non ho qualcosa di positivo da dire non commento nemmeno, ma in questo caso mi sento costretta a raccontare la mia esperienza.
Siamo arrivati a Zagabria dopo aver soggiornato tre giorni a Lubiana (esperienza super positiva al cha cha rooms che consiglio).
Purtroppo a Zagabria ci siamo affidati al time out heritage hotel, non potevamo fare scelta più sbagliata, dopo aver fatto il checkin con una receptionist riccia super disponibile (l'unica), siamo entrati in camera e siamo da subito rimasti scioccati per quanto fosse trasandata la camera, bagno super minuscolo (non potevi neanche spogliarti o vestirti) la doccia (che assomigliava ad un bagno chimico) sbatteva direttamente con la porta del bagno.
Lo scarico del wc non era ben collegato al pavimento (c'era una puzza di fognatura insistente in tutta la camera). Allego foto.
Per non parlare della posizione del letto matrimoniale, appena 10 cm di spazio da un lato e dall'altro per salire, con al di sopra il condizionatore con una macchia di umidità e che perdeva acqua.
Per due sere hanno fatto serata nel rooftop, (sappiate che al contrario di quanto sta scritto, non lo vedrete mai perché lo riservano solo per le feste private) ad ogni modo arrivava un caos allucinante sia dal rooftop che dalla discoteca a -1 (noi eravamo al 3 piano).
Abbiamo palesato l'accaduto ad un receptionist, ma se ne sono lavati le mani, dicendoci che non avrebbero potuto fare nulla per aiutarci, in modo tra l'altro molto scortese.
Il pomeriggio stesso abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani in camera cambiati senza che avessimo messo il cartellino per far pulire la camere, mi sembra una mancanza di privacy incredibile, ma capisco il voler riparare l'irreparabile.
Purtroppo vi sconsiglio proprio questo posto.

Pros:

Location is perfect, though a bit noisy with trams below.

Cons:

The ladies at the cafe with breakfast (included and meh) were rude. Hurrying to grab your full plates and giving you an ultimatum to leave cause breakfast is by 10:30 and this means they have to clean by 10:30, so even though you are just sitting at the cafe and having a coffee, munching what you already got in your plate at 10:15, at 10: 45 they scold you and tell you to eat and drink it all now.
