Far below a 4-star standard

We booked this property expecting a 4-star hotel, especially for a romantic one-night stay as a couple, but the reality was very disappointing.

There is a nightclub located downstairs, with extremely loud music playing until around 5 a.m., making sleep impossible. This is not clearly communicated during booking.

The overall condition of the hotel is poor and far below any 4-star standard. Rooms and common areas show visible wear, damage, stains, and lack of proper maintenance. The room layout is not suitable for couples and feels more like a student hostel than a hotel.

The attitude of the staff was also disappointing. When we raised our concerns, there was little interest or willingness to help, and the issues were largely ignored.

This place may suit young people who want to party, but it is not suitable for rest or relaxation after sightseeing.

We are giving 2 stars only because the location is excellent. Otherwise, we would rate this place 1 star at most.

Overall, we feel misled and do not understand how this property is rated as a 4-star hotel.
