Cama dura, almohadas (cojines) super altas y muy duras, baño viejo y con humedades, almohadas sucias, sin ascensor con maletas y 2 niñas pequeñas en un 3 piso, la persona de recepción no resuelve. Luz de la mesilla no funciona, sin enchufes en el cabecero de la cama.No volvería mas
