WiFi schlecht

I wasn't expecting a palace but the room was so bad at one point I considered paying for another hotel elsewhere.
The bedding was so old, worn and unclean I couldn't even get comfortable sleeping in the bed. I can't say for certain it was the bed but I had multiple bites on my back after sleeping in that bed. There were stains on the sheets so it feels like they never wash them and certainly don't replace them when worn out.
Onto the bathroom it was filthy. Its not even as though it was due to the age of the bathroom. It was just never cleaned properly. The sink was so small you couldn't even wash both hands in it. The shower was filthy, it was an odd design and far too small. You only had to lift your arm and you would knock the tap and move it to scalding hot or freezing cold. You couldn't stand back far enough to not touch it. This assumes you can get enough water pressure to actually have a shower. I found I needed to wait for others to finish their shower in their rooms before I could get some water pressure. The walls are so thin you can hear peoples showers and the pipes so you know when they are done. The bathroom was so small I hit my foot on the toilet and injured it just trying to get in the shower. I'm a normal sized person so this isn't a factor here. Then there were the insects on the floor which seemed to come from the bathroom and also made their way into the bedroom. I didn't want to close the bathroom door because it wasn't fixed on properly and I was concerned it would fall off as it was hanging from the top but not fixed into the rail at the bottom.
Of significant concern was the window blind. I used the strap to pull it half way up and the blind snapped from the fixing and came crashing to the ground. I'm only grateful that my feet were not there otherwise they would have been crushed. I wasn't using the blind in any unusual way. It shouldn't break. I wanted to write more but ran out of space.

apesar da simpatia da senhora que nos atendeu, o quarto tinha um cheiro de mofo, meu companheiro é asmático. o banheiro, a cama, a estrutura em si não corresponde ao valor cobrado.

Reservamos en este hotel porque nos parecía una buena opción por su precio y ubicación, ya que está situado en el centro de la ciudad y te permite hacer turismo sin necesidad de usar transporte público.
Sin embargo, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Las sábanas estaban sucias, olían a humedad y parecían antiguas. Los vasos que ponen para servirte agua y té estaban sucios con manchas marrones. El segundo día volvimos por la tarde y aún no habían limpiado, se nos dijo que la limpieza de la habitación se hacía por la tarde y a partir de ahí lo tuvieron más en cuenta. Aunque las limpiezas era simplemente hacer la cama, vaciar las papeleras y cambiar las toallas.
Una cosa que ya avisaban en otras reseñas era el ruido, pero es que se escuchaba tanto lo que pasaba en el exterior como en el interior. Cada vez que alguien se duchaba en la habitación contigua se escuchaban todas las tuberías.
Es una pena porque el hotel está muy bien ubicado y el personal fue muy amable y atento siempre, pero necesita una reforma y llevar una limpieza más adecuada. No volveré a repetir.

Abbiamo dovuto passare la notte nella “camera” 101, dietro la reception, che non era quella che avevamo prenotato né visto nelle foto.
La camera in questione non si può definire tale, è un deposito sporco e anti-igienico con due letti e un bagno.
Sotto ai letti erano presenti specchi, tavolette del wc, scatoloni, cotton fiok usati e tanto altro già comunicato all’assistenza di Booking.
Nel bagno non veniva acqua fredda dal lavandino e la tavoletta (come anche l’interno del wc) erano schizzati di escrementi.
La camera era polverosa e in condizioni che assolutamente non erano a norma igienica.
Per la proprietaria evidentemente é comune utilizzare anche questa camera per gli ospiti e rendersi successivamente irraggiungibile.
Mi dispiace fare questa recensione, ma di fronte ad un comportamento maleducato ed irrispettoso, è l’unico modo che si ha per comunicare come sono andate le cose.
Sconsiglio fortemente di alloggiare in questo hotel.
