Все хорошо
Pros:

Очень отзывчивый персонал. При въезде предложили улучшенные номера без всяких доплат. Завтраки довольно сытые, хороший бассейн и баня.

В курилке нужно поставить дверь с доводчиком

Приятное времяпровождение, хочется вернуться снова.

Об отдыхе в этом отеле остались только самые приятные впечатления, заселили в прекрасный номер, уборку производили каждый день, все время добавляли туалетные принадлежности, а также воду, чай и кофе и ежедневно меняли тапочки и полотенца. Завтрак был очень вкусным и разнообразным, каждый день новые блюда. Отдельное спасибо за сауну и бассейн с теплой водой, при посещении которых всегда выдавались полотенца. Администраторы всегда прислушивались и выполняли все просьбы, стараясь чтобы отдых был максимально комфортным. Особенно хочется отметить ночногоадминистратора: Амирбека, всегда был рад помочь и откликался на просьбы. Спасибо ему большое.

chose Sofia Hotel in Tashkent for my parents, and it was a great decision. Everything was organized and professional from check-in to departure. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was respectful and attentive.

Особенно приятно, что в мой день рождения отель сделал для меня сюрприз — нам повысили категорию номера, а в комнате было красивое праздничное оформление и подарок. Это было очень трогательно и неожиданно ❤️

Спасибо за внимание, заботу и тёплое отношение к гостям! Обязательно вернёмся снова.

Отель Sofiya оставил очень хорошие впечатления. Номер был чистый, аккуратный и уютный, все необходимое было в наличии. Завтрак вкусный и с хорошим выбором блюд. На цокольном этаже есть сауна и бассейн — отличный вариант для отдыха и расслабления после дня. Рядом находится магазин «Корзинка», где можно купить все необходимое. Прекрасное место для комфортного проживания, рекомендую.

Pros:

This is a lovely hotel! Just the right size, not too small or big. Very friendly and helpful staff — I especially appreciated Amirbek, who assisted me many times. Excellent breakfast buffet and two eating areas. Lovely rooms, very clean and well cared for. A seating area and drinking water on each floor. I will certainly stay here again when I come to Tashkent.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Comfy beds, good water pressure, warm & clean rooms. Breakfast is above average. Wifi connection was good. Two supermarkets around just in case.

Cons:

The hotel location is somewhat far from the centre, so you will have to use the taxi - luckily it's quite affordable. The acoustics of the rooms could have been better.
