Ideal Location and spotlessly clean
Pros:

Hotel is spotless clean and the staff are very friendly. The only thing is the noise levels are quite high due to it being a Muslim area and people going to prayer early morning but for one night it’s ideal for Pakbara pier which is 5mins walk away but the hotel has a shuttle service to the pier. Don’t be put off by the name budget as its better than some 5 stars we have stayed in.

Pros:

The property & room was fine, however we were not happy with our room since all night long, singing noises coming out from our room through our power points next door having singing mono tone like mosques prayers all night long till 7am! And so we all didn’t have a wink of sleep and mosquitoes biting us all night.

Pros:

Amazing property for the price. We loved it! And the pool is great. Only 5 minute walk from Pakbara pier.

Pros:

Nice, clean, and comfortable small hotel, convenient to Pak Bara pier. The walls are very thin, however, and since the place was full of small children our room was quite noisy. Not a restful stay. In a quieter room it would be a decent place to stay.

Excellent Lodging near the Pakbara Pier
Pros:

We booked this hotel for our return to the mainland from Koh Lipe. The hotel is quite new and very modern with a spacious bedroom and very comfortable bathroom facilities. Also the courtyard features a magnificent long swimming pool! Although they do not have any breakfast service, we found a small restaurant 2 doors away on the main street that made great food!
