Handy location

There was no hot water in the shower. It was very warm almost cold for a couple of minutes before it went completely cold.

Was a mediocre motel room, not very well kept room
Pros:

We were attending a function at the tavern, so convenience of location was great

Cons:

Room had a bad smell, air conditioner rattled on and off and being such a humid night wasn’t an option to turn it off.

The pub was good, and food was good value.

Cons:

The accommodation was in a desperate need of a good renovation. The shower had no hot water, the air-conditioning let off a loud buzz every 15 minutes, even after it was switched off. The paintwork was very tired, with chips and scratches in bathroom and bedroom. The toilet was very difficult to use as the sliding door was about 10mm from the seat. This was a great shame really, as the staff were very friendly.

Pros:

I had read a review that there was not a fridge which kind of put me off. But we were staying 3 days only so thought there would not be a problem. When we got our room there was a fridge and I approached management and she said all rooms had fridges. Website should be updated. We had a terrific stay, All staff was pleasant in all areas, bistro was very good with good meals. Would stay again. Thank you

Good value hotel for a quick stopover
Pros:

Was a basic hotel but lovely and clean. Good to be able to park right at the front of the room. Good location to shopping centre. Good choice for a quick stop on the way to our final destination.

It was one night of uncomfortableness that I won’t be returning too stay again

The rooms are dirty & no fly screens so bugs come in all night, aircon sounds like a truck is starting

Pros:

Convenient location, easy to get to and quiet

Cons:

Room 13 was tiny and the air con seemed to be having a noisy heart attack about every 20 minutes with some weird noisy procedure that was equivalent of a faulty car starting on a cold morning. I also invite the owner to actually use the toilet, then they will note another problem, the toilet is too close to the wall to be comfortable.
