The minute we walked into the front office, the pungent smell of cigarettes was overpowering. The lady was rude. The bedroom was very small and uncomfortable.

Pros:

The rooms are that small if my husband had to go to the toilet I had to sit on bed to let him pass.
Tha shower was a disgrace, mould all around the bottom, we didn’t shower and left a day earlier. I have photos of the shower

Pros:

Easy location to get to and close to Lake Tyrrell. Clean and tidy.

Cons:

There was no insulation in the walls or floor. Went to bed a bit warm but ok, woke up freezing.

I loved it. Sealake an amazing place for relaxation and time for yourself.
Pros:

I loved that the hotel and surrounding were peaceful.

Cons:

It was very cold at night and the blanket in the cupboard was too thin to keep me warm and I didn't want to use the heater.

I cheerfully said “Hi” to the elderly female receptionist, but she responded impatiently with one word: “Name!” She then threw me a key, pointed vaguely toward the room, and walked away without another word.

In the middle of the night, the power suddenly went out, leaving the room completely dark and freezing cold. We couldn’t use the lights, bathroom, or air conditioning. When the power finally returned, the completely empty fridge started making an incredibly loud noise, making it very difficult to sleep.

I will never stay here again. If zero stars were an option, I would give zero.

Cons:

Get some properly trained and educated staff first before talking about improving anything.

Very impressed with everything about the accommodation

Cons:

Front desk person was rude we had driven a long way and we obviously annoyed her because we were 10 mins late checking in . Then tried to approach her at 9.30 in the morning and that obviously annoyed her as well .
