Comfortable short stay.
Pros:

Great location just out of town. Shared facilities and area were useful. Room was small but perfectly functional, comfortable and clean. Own bathroom is a plus. EV charging point not onsite but short walk from the front.

Cons:

Vending machines were empty but other than that, nothing.

Pros:

An unusual property. The room was like anyother motel. However, there is a large undercover bbq/cooking area which was very handy for sekf catering. Would definitely recommend.

Weird place but ok for a night on the way to somewhere
Pros:

Weird set up. Rooms are in dongas with dome out in front for communal eating etc. Rooms are small but comfortable enough. Not a place to stay but for one night it was fine

Simple, private, helpful, and kind… And isn’t kindness with anything?
Pros:

The design of the place, the way the wall runs around the front of the cabin doors to block off. The socialising area is brilliant. You can come out and have a cuppa tea at your little own table out the front of your cabin so you’re not stuck in the cabin, yet, you’re not visible to everyone socialising there if you don’t want to be. That was great. The place was spotless. Simple accommodation. Close to town, even though it’s not in town. Regarding the staff, may have told you, but the cleaner took me into town. When I was to leave, I had to wait for her to finish her jobs, but I came down with a terrible sickness. I believe it to be a reaction to food or something from swimming in the pool like a norovirus or something. I started vomiting . I put on a mask in case I had a virus. And after she finished her work, your Cleaner drive me into town to the hospital.. The experience was so wonderful to be careful because I was on foot. I didn’t mind walking the kilometre in or 2 to town, but I couldn’t. I was so unwell. So the place, and the staff Is somewhere I cannot fault. Thank you.

Ideally placed for visiting Lake Tyrell
Pros:

Really easy to find, nice layout with entertaining areas outside.
It was quiet when I arrived.
Room was nice, comfy bed, good shower, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee etc.
Plenty of parking.
Comms with owner were good.

Cons:

Some ants in the room, there was a spray provided, so easily sorted, but something to be aware of.
I do feel the security of the room could have been better - the lock was tricky to open on arrival and, as the door opened outwards and it was just a push button lock on the handle, it was hard to tell if it was properly locked once inside the room.
As a single, female traveller, I would have appreciated a secondary security option e.g. a chain or lock on the inside of the door.
The road outside is noisy due to road trains going past at all hours, so earplugs are recommended!
