フロントの方がとても優しい方でした。韓国語があまり分からなかったのですが、ゆっくり喋ってくださいました。タクシーを呼んでくださったり、チェックインが遅れても丁寧に対応していただきました。

設備や内装は最高、人的サービスは今ひとつ。
Pros:

ホテル共用部や部屋の内装がとても綺麗で満足でした。部屋内にあったcowayの衣類洗浄機は大変満足でした。雪や食事する際に汚れたり臭いがついた上着を洗浄〜乾燥まで仕上げてくれてとても気持ちよく滞在できました。自宅に欲しいくらいです。笑
ただ、残念だったのが２点あります。１点目は朝食を楽しみにしていたのですが時間の案内がなく、9:35分頃行ったところ9:30までと言われとても悲しかったです。仕方がないので最上階のカフェに行ったところOPEN前でスタッフの方からOPEN前なので開店時間に来るか、帰ってくださいと言われました。こちらの確認不足もあったのですが、チェックイン時に朝食の時間を案内してくれれば尚よしでした。２点目は、最上階のカフェのスタッフに教えてもらった開店時間に改めて行ったのですが、誰もおらず、15分くらい待ちましたが全くOPENせずでした。案内が不十分だと感じましたし、そもそも時間を教えてもらってもその時間に対応が全くなかったことが残念でした。せっかく綺麗で広々とした素敵なホテルなので、サービス面が頑張れればもう一度来たいと思えるホテルでした。応援する意味も込めて、口コミを残します。ありがとうございました。

Pros:

今回はレンタカーで動いたので 釜山空港からも全く苦にならない距離。室内もとても綺麗でシャワーと別になった大きな浴槽でのジャグジーも最高！ホテル内カフェからすぐ裏は海に繋がる公園でした。
何よりスタッフの方々がとても親切で最近の日本では薄れつつある人の温かさを久々に感じることができた気がします！！！
またぜひ利用したいホテルです！

The property was clean however the extremely limited food and amenities choices were difficult, breakfast did not accommodate food allergies, it consisted of noodles, toast or cereal zero fresh items and there were no restaurants in the area. There were no directions available in the room for anything like the wardrobe tv or area options. The TV did not work and you needed a car to stay there, spent an overwhelming amount of money on taxis as it was 50-60 minutes minimum to get to places of interest in Busan. I would not recommend this place for anyone other than those who have business in the area. While the property and room were very clean and felt safe, I would not stay again.

소음 제외 모두 만족
Pros:

룸에 드레스 스타일러도 있고 욕실도 청결하고 매우 훌륭합니다. 바로 옆에 해안가 산책로도 있고 매우 만족하나 소음이 좀 있어요. 끼 끽~하는 소리가 밤새 들리는데 같이온 일행5명 모두 밤새 소음들으면서 잤다고 하네요. 암튼 소음 이외에는 모두 만족 했습니다.
