Really disappointing
Pros:

We could check in at 3pm, some hotels like you later
We liked the gesture of body wash and moisturiser

Cons:

The hotel are aware and yet did nothing to help. We were really unhappy with the location of the room we were given, it was right by the front door and so very noisy with other guests coming and going. The phone in the room has a fault and kept going off all night with no one there until unplugged. The worst part was the air freshener in the room coming from either the air conditioning unit or vents, it was a sickly smell and very unpleasant, they were obviously trying to hide a smell, possibly damp we think.
I spoke to Tristan on reception that morning to explain our awful night, he was very defensive. I said we were not people who liked to leave bad reviews anywhere so would he give the message to Anne-Claire, the Manager and we will wait for her response first to give the hotel the right to answer. Nothing has been forthcoming but then again I didn't think it would. Avoid room 21 if you stay and check your room first before accepting it - we heard from another couple they were unhappy with their room.

Emplacement centre très bon. Nuisances dû odeur cuisine qui empêche ouverture fenêtre de chambre située en combles.

L’emplacement en centre-ville proche cathédrale et commerces.

Cons:

Chambre dans les combles avec impossibilité d’ouvrir celui puisque au-dessus cuisine donc odeur en permanence de fritures

Nettes Stadthotel in Zentrumsnah, aber die Zimmer sehr klein.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt relativ zentral und Parkgarage ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Service nett und freundlich, das Frühstück unerwartet abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind recht klein und die französischen Betten schmal und kurz, wie immer.

Met our needs
Pros:

Walkable from train station. Very close to tour pick up area.

Cons:

Check in takes a while. Staff is not very friendly and seemed put off when you asked for something.
