Cons:

Stanza poco buia , le tapparelle lasciavano entrare la luce una non si riusciva ad abbassare completamente e di conseguenza alle prime ore del mattino la stanza era illuminata

Pros:

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la casa fredda con riscaldamento spento e tutte le finestre aperte. Inoltre non era stato preparato il divano letto per la notte. La struttura è molto basica, ci sono poche posate e accessori, neanche una tovaglia, le sedie della cucina sono mezze rotte.
Con poco si potrebbe migliorare di molto l'aspetto e la sostanza dellìappartamento.

Lovely apartment book a room not adjacent to shared kitchen if you want a peaceful space
Pros:

Spacious and clean with a huge balcony. Lovely shared kitchen. Coffee shop and supermarket 1 min from the door. 5 minutes drive from the beach and within 30-60 mins drive beautiful Italian cities to visit.

Cons:

It appeared that there was a family living in the complex as they practically lived in the shared kitchen area. Unfortunately our room was adjacent to the kitchen so we had loud taking from 7am to 10pm every day which became quite tiring.

Pros:

C’était agréable, la responsable Francesca était très gentille et elle a pensé à tout. Sauf que l’endroit est trop éloigné de Rome mais idéal pour ceux qui veulent du repos et se ressourcer, c’est une source d’inspiration pour les écrivains.

Pros:

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato era piccolino ma organizzatissimo in tutti i dettagli e soprattutto molto pulito. Non mancava nulla dalle stoviglie alla biancheria; anche gli spazi comuni sono curati nel minimo dettaglio, ci sono due terrazze molto ampie e arredate per mangiare o rilassarsi all'esterno, inoltre c'è una lavanderia in comune molto comoda, insomma nulla è lasciato al caso.
La struttura si trova al piano superiore del supermercato quindi è comodo per fare la spesa. L'unica nota negativa se proprio dobbiamo trovarla è che si trova un po' decentrata rispetto al centro abitato di s.severa ma lo stesso è raggiungibile in due minuti contati di macchina.
