While the concierge tried his best to make me comfortable, i would not stay at this hotel again. Its not clean, bedsheets had hair residue, floor and tables had stains.

Otherwise the only good thing i valued is that the area is quiet

it is not far from airport , it is excellent for one night rest before travelling

I just had my first stay at Shade Suites in Beirut, and I absolutely loved it! The staff, especially Hady and Hassan, were fantastic – super helpful and friendly. They really went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. The whole experience was wonderful, and I know for sure it won't be my last visit. If you're looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay in Beirut, I highly recommend Shade Suites!

A clean and simple lodging nestled in between the heart of Achrafieh / Sodeco. The receptionist Hadi and other staff were nice, helpful and welcoming. Every time I would make a request, it would be made available without hesitation. I was visiting for a few days from Canada and was so comfortable here, that I ended up extending my stay. The hotel is on a quiet and seemingly safe street, in walkable distance to various cafes and restaurants or to run errands. I would be back if I’m ever in beirut again.

There is one thing the management could look into. I would sometimes see rays of light from the room to my right and hear the other guest moving around. It didn’t bother me much, but another person may not share this sentiment

Hotel has all the basics, however nothing special. Good value though for the money.

Great Value for money!
The hotel is really nice. At the beginning I thought that it was pretty close to work but then I realized it's close to everything. You can walk to Sodeco, or take a ride to Hazmieh, or Hamra or anywhere in Beirut.
I enjoyed staying at the property the room is very spacious, the area is really nice and accessible, staff are very helpful, Hadi is always reachable and willing to support.
Recommended for long stays, super convenient!

Compared to hotels in the same vicinity, you get much more than what you pay, so yes the price is low, but don't let that fool you: the service is excellent, management is friendly and very accommodating. The amenities are enough for your stay: stable wifi, coffee maker, room service, and free parking. The rooms are adequately sizeable, remember for what you pay. They are clean & quiet (especially in a city where the visting crowd can be loud all night in low priced hotels). The area is central, safe and calm.
