Very clean, great location a nice stroll into strip, beach, music square. Staff friendly and very clean.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning it was impossible to sleep on 2 nights in particular due to how hot it was. The fans on the ceiling in the room don't do anything it really needs air conditioning.

Les piscines sont super et bien propres, la responsable du restaurant a tres bien géré quand une ado c'est étouffé avec la nourriture. Elle a fait les gestes qui lui on sûrement sauvé la vie et éviter de graves problèmes. Bravo a elle

Le personnel du bar de la piscine, pas tres souriantes , limite désagréable mais peut-être stresser. Je laisse le bénéfice du doute. Les matelas des chambres pas confortable et la cuisine pour être indépendant du resto assez limité

Demasiado turista extranjero, con lo cual los horarios están enfocados a ellos. Buffet batallero y simple, sobre todo en cenas. En 6 días limpiaron 2 veces la habitación .

Patio fuori era praticamente sulla strada ,angusto , non si poteva utilizzare. , eravamo tre adulti nell’appartamento Due in una camera doppia e il terzo in salotto in un piccola branda direi da bambino,quando ho prenotato avevo capito dalla descrizione che il terzo letto era un divano letto , invece ci siamo trovate questa branda scomoda, una di noi ha dormito quindi sul divano che era meglio della branda ( non divano letto )

STRANGER ENTER OUR ROOM WHILE WE WERE SLEEPING.
Cons:

This stay was a disaster from start to finish.

At check-in, we were given a room that had not even been cleaned after the previous guests had checked out. We had to spend the first night in a different room facing the parking lot and close to the engine room, which made noise throughout the entire night, making it impossible to get a proper night's sleep. We therefore asked to be moved again the following day to the original room.

The far more serious issue happened later. During the night, on what was our last night, a thief entered our first-floor room through the balcony while we were asleep. He came inside, took three bags from the table, searched through them outside, and discarded them after taking what he thought was valuable. The cash stolen was less than €6, but the amount is irrelevant. A stranger was inside our room while we slept. There was even a kitchen knife on the same table as our belongings.

The hotel's response was unacceptable. The manager did not even bother to speak with us personally and left everything to the receptionist. We were told this was an "external factor" and, therefore, the hotel accepted no responsibility and offered no compensation. We were also told that the security cameras would be checked, despite there being no cameras covering the balcony area where the intruder entered.

A dirty room upon arrival, a break-in while we were sleeping, and management unwilling to even face their guests afterward. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

And please, save the automatic "we are sorry to read that your experience caused frustration" response for someone else. What happened here was not frustration—it was a serious security failure involving an intruder entering an occupied room while guests were asleep.

Wir waren schon ein paar Mal in der Anlage und kommen sicher auch wieder!

Sehr großes Apartment in einer wunderschönen Anlage. Sehr nettes Personal und gute Lage in Corralejo.

Cons:

Poolbereich sehr voll und laut.
