I didn't even get to stay, they transferred me to another nearby branch

Nothing. I didn't even get to stay here.

Cons:

They didn't even know i booked a room to stay. When the time i came over to check in, The facility was fully booked even though I already reserved for a room weeks prior. So I became the one to adjust and they just referred me to another nearby branch so all plan my were ruined.
