Cons:

Achtung vor Betrug!
Ich reise mit einem kleinen Kind und habe deshalb ein Hotel mit Pool gebucht." Der Pool wird gerade geputzt und hat kein Wasser. Eine Woche lang." Ich hatte mich extra davor erkundigt , ob er funktioniert. Erst bei der Anreise wurde mir gesagt, dass er kein Wasser hat. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Man hat mir gesagt sie Arbeiten nicht mehr mit Booking.com zusammen und meine Zahlung ist nicht eingegangen. Ich bin deshalb abgereist.
Meine Stornierungsanfrage wurde abgelehnt und ich musste die vollen Kosten bezahlen. Meine Beschwerde wird von Booking.com bearbeitet.
Es passiert mir bereits zum dritten Mal das ein ehemaliges Oyo hotel mit Pool wirbt, aber keinen hat.
