Pros:

予約者の私がチェックインの時間が遅れる事を伝えて、先にいとこがチェックインしたのですが、対応がとってもスムーズで、車でなかったので夕飯の買い出しにスーパーなどに連れて行ってくださったり。お部屋も広い部屋にグレードアップもしてくださりありがとうございました。
駅からも近かった。
大浴場も広くてよかった。

Cons:

オートロックでなかったのと、チェーンがなく、ちょっと心配でした。

改善して欲しいところもありますが、素泊まりには最適なホテルだと思います。より満足できる施設を期待しております。
Pros:

建物が古いけど、室内など掃除が行き届いていた。
ただ少し残念なのは、窓の汚れが目立つ。
価格がお値打ち。

Cons:

大浴場のシャワーの水圧がかなり弱く、体を洗うのに苦労した。ホテル周辺のお店は夕方には閉まってしまうし、ホテルの売店も早くに閉まってしまうので、夜遅くでも買えるお菓子やカップ麺などの自販機もあると良い。飲料の種類も多いと良い。自販機コーナーでも増設すれば良いのでは。

腰痛もちは避けるべき
Pros:

駅から近いという意味で立地が良い。スタッフもにこやかで人当たりは良いです。

Cons:

ベッドのスプリングが劣化しており、何箇所か飛び出たコイルが身体に食い込みますし、全体的にフニャフニで一晩で腰が痛くなりました。あと、トイレは換気扇をかけるとドブの臭いが充満します。
