Pros:

部屋に置かれた家具やベット等新しいものではなかったですがきちっとした良いもので清潔感がありましたスタッフの方は優しい印象で翌日の観光のアドバイスを親切にして頂きました　飾られてる絵が素敵でした

Cons:

部屋に置かれた飲み物の入れ物が湯飲みが1つだけでしたのでコーヒーを飲めるような入れ物とグラスを置いて欲しいと思いました

眺めが良い部屋でした。大きくはないですが、綺麗な大浴場でした。部屋も大きく、リラックス出来ました。

Pros:

予約者の私がチェックインの時間が遅れる事を伝えて、先にいとこがチェックインしたのですが、対応がとってもスムーズで、車でなかったので夕飯の買い出しにスーパーなどに連れて行ってくださったり。お部屋も広い部屋にグレードアップもしてくださりありがとうございました。
駅からも近かった。
大浴場も広くてよかった。

Cons:

オートロックでなかったのと、チェーンがなく、ちょっと心配でした。
