В общем не плохо .
Pros:

Удобная кровать . Очень . Диван удобный . В общем нормальные апартаменты. Хорошая стиральная машина .

Cons:

Немного не чисто . Немного . Простыня порванная была. Ковер не свежая . Занавеска пройденная сигаретой . Хотя в номере нельзя курить .

The hotel is somewhat conveniently located and staff are very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The apartment we stayed in is definitely dated with a few major issues. There’s no access to the heating controls, you have to message the staff. AC did not work, and plug sockets were falling out the walls. The toilet was all very difficult to use located in a tiny walled corner you could barely open legs to use. However, the staff there were very friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves need a lot of work as most things seem to be falling apart.

Pros:

The staff here are amazing. They are easy to contact, so helpful and completely delightful - nothing was a problem for them. The hotel is small, personable and nicely quirky.

Cons:

Parts a little bit tired looking but everything is really clean so it didn’t worry me.

Cons:

After confirming my booking and paying a non-refundable amount, I was contacted on WhatsApp and sent the location of a completely different hotel. When I refused because it was not the area I booked, I was told that the original hotel was closed, yet it is still available for booking on Booking.com.

My request for a refund was refused. This experience was misleading, unprofessional, and highly suspicious. I strongly advise future guests to be very cautious.

الموقع كان كويس ولكن يعيبه صعوبه الوصول إذا معاك سياره بسبب الازدحام
قربه من اغلب الاماكن اللي تحتاج تزورها

Cons:

المشكله الاولى كانت في اخذ منشفتي الخاصه بالخطاء وعدم إرجاعها لي إلا بعد يومين مع العلم اني جيتهم مرتين
حصلت شقتي مفتوحه بعد ما غادرتها مرتين مع وضعي استكر عدم التنظيف!

Ich gehe nie wieder dort.

Nur das Reinigungsteam und die Umgebung.

Cons:

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 16 Personen und haben dieses Apartmenthotel im Voraus für unsere gesamte Gruppe gebucht. Leider entsprachen die Fotos und Beschreibungen auf der Website in keiner Weise der Realität. Anstatt großer Zwei-Zimmer-Einheiten wurden uns zwei kleine Studio-Apartments gegeben, die lediglich durch eine Tür miteinander verbunden waren.

Der Hotelmanager stellte uns erst nach einem Tag eine etwas größere Einheit in der 6. Etage zur Verfügung, wofür uns zusätzlich 350 Euro berechnet wurden – trotz zahlreicher weiterer Mängel.

Zu den wichtigsten Problemen zählen:
• sehr kleine und schlecht beleuchtete Zimmer
• nicht funktionierende Dunstabzugshauben
• unvollständige Küchenausstattung
• mangelhafte Schalldämmung
• stark vereiste Gefrierschränke
• kleine Badezimmer
• beschädigte Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände (u. a. in Einheit 602)

Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt äußerst unzufrieden. Die Zusatzgebühr von 350 Euro für ein größeres Zimmer war völlig unangemessen, und wir werden dieses Apartmenthotel nicht erneut buchen.

Pros:

Красивый номер! Очень удобные кровать и диван. Наличие кухонной посуды и стиральной машины, холодильник с хорошей морозильной камерой, утюг и гладильная доска. Даже кофеварку нашла.
Есть открытый большой балкон. Он размером с комнату некоторых отелей. Насладиться в полной мере не успела - начался ливень.
Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал.

Cons:

Расстроило что сломан душ, постоянно отключался и недостаточно напора воды. Смеситель в раковине очень расшатан, но пользоваться можно.

Waardeloze accommodatie en echte oplichters!!!!
Pros:

De kamers op de foto’s kloppen niet met de werkelijkheid. Kamers stinken naar sigaretten rook. Ziet er erg ouderwets uit. Je krijgt geen waar voor je geld. En lees aub ook de Google reviews!!!!!! Deze plek moet je ver weg van blijven

Cons:

- De eigenaar is een oplichter en heeft vaker mensen opgelicht. Als je aankomt in het hotel dan blijken bepaalde kamers plots niet meer beschikbaar. Meerdere mensen hebben hiervoor gewaarschuwd! En toch blij en zij kamers kunnen bieden op booking.com
- Ze deden erg moeilijk over restitutie van het geld gezien de kamers die we hadden geboekt niet beschikbaar waren bij aankomst

A Perfect Experience in Istanbul. We Can’t Wait to Return!
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was amazing, we can’t wait to come back. We would choose this place again and again, and we already recommend it to everyone we know. It truly made our trip to Istanbul special.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the café’s food and drinks were memorable. My whole family loved it. Our suite had a great kitchen, and there were plenty of grocery stores, bakeries, and great restaurants within walking distance.
It’s a little farther from the main tourist sites, but Nişantaşı itself is a beautiful neighborhood to spend time in. Overall, a perfect stay.
