This is my second time at this facility and I will definitely come back
Pros:

I rate my stay at Lord Morgan & Exclusive Design Nisantasi 5/5. The apartment was very nice, clean, tidy, and comfortable. Great location – close to the metro, shops, and many restaurants. A big plus is the lovely café in the same building, serving delicious savory croissants and excellent coffee. Apartment guests also receive a discount at the café, which was a very nice touch. Perfect place for both short and longer stays in Istanbul.

Worst hotel experience so far, not recommended
Pros:

Only location is good

Cons:

-Very poor Internet connection ( almost zero) which changed entirely the plan for stying in the aprtment ( have to go to cafe for working or internt connection)
-Not very clean bed etc.
-Furniture was super uncomfortable which you couldn't even sit on the chairs for 5mins due to Iron sticking out.
-No reception available to raise the issues
- Smell of cigarette smoke in entire aprtment and building

We booked for 5 days and left after 2. Forget this place. Choose elsewhere.
Pros:

Warm. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Pleasant staff. Good eateries in the neighborhood.

Cons:

This property is run down and in need of a major refit. Doors were broken. Toilet seat was very loose. Free WiFi ran at 6 bpspm. rooms were cramped. Cooking facilities were minimal. The advertised garden did not exist. Lots of marble cracked. It tried to be a mini palace but failed miserably. No reception. No daily room servicing.

В общем не плохо .
Pros:

Удобная кровать . Очень . Диван удобный . В общем нормальные апартаменты. Хорошая стиральная машина .

Cons:

Немного не чисто . Немного . Простыня порванная была. Ковер не свежая . Занавеска пройденная сигаретой . Хотя в номере нельзя курить .

The hotel is somewhat conveniently located and staff are very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The apartment we stayed in is definitely dated with a few major issues. There’s no access to the heating controls, you have to message the staff. AC did not work, and plug sockets were falling out the walls. The toilet was all very difficult to use located in a tiny walled corner you could barely open legs to use. However, the staff there were very friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves need a lot of work as most things seem to be falling apart.

Pros:

The staff here are amazing. They are easy to contact, so helpful and completely delightful - nothing was a problem for them. The hotel is small, personable and nicely quirky.

Cons:

Parts a little bit tired looking but everything is really clean so it didn’t worry me.

Cons:

After confirming my booking and paying a non-refundable amount, I was contacted on WhatsApp and sent the location of a completely different hotel. When I refused because it was not the area I booked, I was told that the original hotel was closed, yet it is still available for booking on Booking.com.

My request for a refund was refused. This experience was misleading, unprofessional, and highly suspicious. I strongly advise future guests to be very cautious.
