Great location with plenty of cafés, markets, pharmacies, salons, and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The manager was very responsive on WhatsApp and always replied within minutes whenever I had a question or needed assistance.
The apartment received very little natural light, so it could feel a bit dark during the day. We were also given a different room for the first night before being moved to the room we had originally booked the following afternoon. Neither issue was a dealbreaker, but they’re worth mentioning.

The property is very clean, the rooms are beautiful furnished, beds are very comfortable and there is everything necessary for your stay. Also i am really very satisfied with the host! They were so responsive and made our stay very peaceful and friendly. All the staff is great. Our apartment was really huge and comfortable. There was a compliments as coffee, tea, sweets, water, just one more time thank you! We will come back again for sure!
I rate my stay at Lord Morgan & Exclusive Design Nisantasi 5/5. The apartment was very nice, clean, tidy, and comfortable. Great location – close to the metro, shops, and many restaurants. A big plus is the lovely café in the same building, serving delicious savory croissants and excellent coffee. Apartment guests also receive a discount at the café, which was a very nice touch. Perfect place for both short and longer stays in Istanbul.

Only location is good
-Very poor Internet connection ( almost zero) which changed entirely the plan for stying in the aprtment ( have to go to cafe for working or internt connection)
-Not very clean bed etc.
-Furniture was super uncomfortable which you couldn't even sit on the chairs for 5mins due to Iron sticking out.
-No reception available to raise the issues
- Smell of cigarette smoke in entire aprtment and building

Warm. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Pleasant staff. Good eateries in the neighborhood.
This property is run down and in need of a major refit. Doors were broken. Toilet seat was very loose. Free WiFi ran at 6 bpspm. rooms were cramped. Cooking facilities were minimal. The advertised garden did not exist. Lots of marble cracked. It tried to be a mini palace but failed miserably. No reception. No daily room servicing.
The staff is super friendly and helpful.
They don’t let you wait long and assist you very quickly.
I think the furnitures are a bit not stylish.
