First of all, the staff in the hotel are very friendly. They always make you feel happy with them. They treat you like their family member. The room is clean and has air conditioner. They help me to arrange a day trip to the Indi Maize reserve and lend me the boots to walk in the trail. The food in their restaurant are delicious.

Every time I stay there I’m always amazed by how terrific everyone makes you feel and how good the service is. I always hate leaving.

Hotel Victoria is the best hotel in town. The service was excellent five star, the hotel is located next to Castillo with views of the fortress from every window and balcony in the hotel. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very kind and it felt like a trip back in time. It's a 2 hour boat ride to and from San Carlos but that's part of the the fun. Well done to Nena and her staff.

Pros:

Great hotel - the ladies served us a wonderful breakfast at 5:30 as we had to catch the boat the last day at 6. Extra friendly staff, wonderful beds! Hope to be back!

The service is superior or more. Nana did everything to make our stay comfortable. She also knew the guides for fishing trips and Indio Maiz.
