Parfait pour une jeune femme noire en solo trip
Pros:

J'ai adoré séjourner à l'hôtel Beethoven Senfoni. J'ai reçu un accueil royal, c'était très agréable. Le personnel était attentionné, et attentif à tous mes besoins. Un plateau de fruits m'a été offert à mon arrivée et toutes les demandes que j'ai pu faire ont été satisfaites quasi immédiatement. La chambre était comme sur la description. De plus elle possède des boutons afin d'informer de ce dont on a besoin (ne pas déranger, ménage, si l'on est présent dans la chambre ou pas). Le ménage était fait tous les jours et ils réapprovisionnaient en eau quotidiennement. Je comprends que certains pourraient ne pas être satisfaits du ménage en raison de certaines zones (mur qui s'effrite, moisissures dans certains coins de la douche ou murs). Cela ne m'a pas posé de problème.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et la vue sur la mosquée et le rivage est un très beau cadeau. Les serveuses font un travail remarquable et de qualité. On se sent chouchoutés. Le quartier est fréquenté, et il est proche du tram, bus et métro. Je me suis sentie en sécurité grâce au personnel d'accueil très alerte. Les fenêtres isolent plutôt bien de la pollution sonore dehors: on dort bien (la couette m'a surprise mais elle a fait l'affaire). Je recommande et je reviendrai sûrement avec des amis.

Cons:

Le hammam qui n'était pas très propre et les masseuses qui regardaient des vidéos sur leur téléphones, nous empêchant de nous relaxer. L'odeur de cigarette qui parfois passe par la ventilation. (Tout disparait en allumant l'AC)

Pros:

SVP ARRETEZ DE POSER TANT DE QUESTIONS !!!!! C'est pour ça que je ne réponds pas à vos questions. Je le fais exceptionnellement !! pour cet établissement .

Cons:

ELEMENT NEGATIF !!!! On ne peut même pas téléphoner de l'hotel en France !!! Consternant !!

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, nettes Personal

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war zwar schön und sauber aber hatte leider kein Balkon stand aber auf booking, Frühstück war wie bei einem 3 Sterne Hotel, keine große Auswahl.
