Отель хороший, соответствует заявлено рейтингу.
Pros:

Хорошее расположение отеля, близость метро и трамвая. Были приятно удивлены что заселение сделали раньше 14:00. Очень хорошие завтраки. Уборка и смена полотенец и белья каждый день. Персонал приветливый, сотрудники говорят на русском языке.

Cons:

Присутствовал неприятный запах из вентиляции, но не постоянно

Pleassant and quiet hotel to stay near the monuments.
Pros:

The location was central, close to monuments like Hagia Sophia. About 25mimutes on foot. Closer to the Grand Bazzaar.
The room was spacious, bed comfortable, breakfast adequate with a variaty. Personel was friendly, helpful and polite.
Unfortunately we didnt use the spa.

Cons:

I found weird the the duvet/blanket was the exact witdh of the matress. So we couldnt cover properly ourselves while sleeping. If one of us turned and pulled the blanket the other was uncovered.
On breakfast all cheeses were without taste and sweets were very blund too.
There was a small balcony that you couldnt sit and it was looking in between builtings which were very ungly.

Pros:

The breakfasts were delicious - a wide range of savoury and sweet items, cheeses, yoghurts, freshly churned butter and honeycomb.

Central location but very quiet, decent breakfast and good service
Pros:

Central but still quiet area. House keeping service everyday, and the breakfast was decent. It was a lot of traditional food and very fresh. Especially shout out to the receptionist Suat, he helps us the whole way before the arrival. Very attentive and we truly appreciate that.

Excellent in every way and good value for money
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was a good size and well fitted. The bathroom was clean and well fitted and the shower was a good size. Lots of hot water and powerful water pressure. Breakfasts were generous and varied. Newly churned butter and a large honeycomb, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, hot savoury dishes and a stunning view of Laleli Mosque. The hotel is an easy 10 minute walk from the tram and 2 stops from the Grand Bazaar and three stops from Sultanahmet.

Cons:

An upgrade to an Italian coffee machine and beans would improve the coffee, but there were plenty other drinks so this is a very minor point

La qualità della colazione l'unica pecca . Non all'altezza se parliamo di succhi *( quelli veri a pagamento) , pane poco saporito ed appetibile, , croissant assenti ma per il resto struttura pulita , centrale, personale molto gentile e disponibile, camera pulita e con tutto il necessario. Un soggiorno assolutamente positivo

Pros:

Me gustó todo, muy buena ubicación cerca de los bazares. Se puede ir paseando hasta Taksim. Bien conectado con el metro, tram y buses. Buen desayuno abundante y habitación confortable con colchones y cojines de calidad.

Cons:

La sala de desayuno es un poco pequeña.
