海がよく見える
生活に必要な物品は殆ど揃っている（洗濯洗剤もあり
綺麗にそうじしてある

Cons:

いんたーネットが遅かったのですが、丁度宿泊中に早いインターネットに切り替えが行われました

割安だったが、まずまず快適でした。６０２号室に宿泊しましたが、洗面台の蛇口がきちんと閉まらず、少し水漏れがしています。事務所が留守でしたので伝えられませんでした。

パイナガマビーチ前で眺望は良かった。

Cons:

照明の蛍光灯が半分ほど黒くなっていて暗かった。
日々点検し、蛍光灯ぐらいは新しいものを入れるべき。

Pros:

The room was a good size, had a kitchen, washer, microwave, fridge for your stay. Room was clean and comfortable. It doesn't have fancy amenities as a resort but it had what you needed at a great price

風景が最高に尽きる。目の前に公園、その奥に宮古島ブルーの海で６階から見る景色、伊良部大橋から繋がる伊良部島も見えて最高でした。

Cons:

特に欠点は無かったですね。
あえて上げるならバスルームに椅子と桶が無かった位ですね
