Beautiful hotel and such lovely staff!
Pros:

I stayed here for my birthday in one of the club suite rooms which was gorgeous! I had some cocktails on the roof top bar which was stunning and then a lush spa treatment which was fabulous! It was my birthday and whilst enjoying free drinks and food as part of the club benefits, the staff brought me a lovely birthday cake! Had a wonderful stay here and would stay again!

Pros:

Замечательная гостиница с очень удобным расположением: все рядом. Отличный спа. У некоторого персонала есть проблемы с английским языком, но быстро приводят того сотрудника, с кем можно поговорить.

Cons:

Интернет в номере работает плохо. В номере Garden view - есть одно окно и то выходит внутрь гостиницы - света дневного нет :-(

Unique experience in Nha Trang
Pros:

The hotel is very pretty with multiple restaurants and serves great food. The staff are very friendly and helpful, polite and very professional.
The surroundings are safe and full of great little shops and a mini street market. Multiple restaurants on the streets around the hotel which also serve great food.
The beach is only 2 blocks away and it’s easy access by cab/hop on-hop off bus to most tourist attractions. They also have a private beach which we ended up not using and have a bus from the hotel at different times of the day to and from the beach.
We were at the hotel for 12 days and could’ve stayed longer. Would love to go back one day.

Wonderful experience in Potique
Pros:

I and my wife just had a fantastic experience in Potique. We’ve stayed here in 2023 and visited again because we’ve had a great experience. But this time it was better and I want to give a special thanks to Quoc who assisted as at all times!🙏🏻

A beautiful hotel, fantastic staff and an oasis in a busy city
Pros:

What a beautiful boutique hotel. It is perfectly situated - close to the beach and with every amenity and great places to eat out virtually at the doorstep. The rooms are well appointed and spacious and our room had a view of the beach. The staff are the real treasure here - so polite and keen to help and have a chat - shout out especially to Mrs Ngoc Anh and Mr Van for their help. It’s like a little oasis in a bustling city. When we come back to Nha Trang we will definitely be booking the Potique.
