This is a new hotel with spacious, beautiful, and fully equipped rooms, friendly and enthusiastic staff, and a very delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices.

Great location, stylish design, spacious room, well facilitated, beautiful restaurant with good F&B service, friendly and helpful staff.

My two-night stay at Potique Hotel Nha Trang in August was truly enjoyable. The hotel is a beautiful boutique property that combines elegant design with modern facilities. Its location is excellent, providing convenient access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was truly amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The rooftop pool was another highlight, featuring breathtaking views of both the city and the sea. I highly recommend Potique Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Nha Trang city.

A Wonderful Stay Made Truly Memorable by Exceptional Staff.

We stayed at The Potique Hotel from 1–4 August 2026 in a Royal Suite, which also gave us the wonderful benefit of Club Lounge access. From the moment we were collected from the airport as part of our package, we felt welcomed and well cared for.

The reception staff were wonderful, but we were especially fortunate to meet Reception Duty Manager LE THI NGOC ANH.

She was incredibly sweet, warm and caring, and it was very clear that looking after guests was far more than simply a job to her. She genuinely cared about how her guests were feeling and made us feel valued as individuals rather than simply as hotel guests. Her kindness and personal attention made a lasting impression on us, and she is truly a huge asset to the hotel.

Our Royal Suite was beautifully decorated, and the king-size bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring that we had wonderful nights' sleep. The water pressure in the bathroom was also excellent — strong and refreshing, which we particularly appreciated.

The Club Lounge was another highlight of our stay. We enjoyed having drinks and biscuits available throughout the day, followed by afternoon tea and savoury items in the evening. TA ANH TIEN, the Club Lounge Supervisor, was always attentive, welcoming and thoughtful, making sure that we had everything we needed.

Breakfast was another particularly memorable experience. Head Chef MR. KHUE went above and beyond for me because I have allergies. He took the time to prepare food especially for me and carefully ensured that what I was eating was safe. His care and attention gave me great peace of mind and were very much appreciated.

Every member of staff we encountered contributed to making our stay special. Even the young men who held open the front door for us were consistently kind and welcoming. One of them even went out of his way to help us when we needed advice about where to purchase a new suitcase. These may seem like small gestures, but they made a very big difference to us.

We had an amazing massage at their Sen Spa where Kathy made us feel so relaxed.

We feel incredibly lucky to have stayed at The Potique Hotel. While our visit was short, the warmth, kindness and genuine care shown by the staff made our experience truly memorable.

We were especially fortunate to have met LE THI NGOC ANH. We will always remember how kind, warm and genuinely caring she was towards her guests. People like her are one of the reasons guests want to return to a hotel, and we sincerely hope that the hotel recognises what a wonderful asset she is.

Our stay may have been short, but the memories will linger for a very long time.

A wonderful stay at Potique Hotel, Nha Trang

We had a truly lovely stay at Potique Hotel. Everything about it left us satisfied — the rooms, the atmosphere, and above all the service.

The location is excellent. It’s easy to get into the city center, so we could head out whenever we wanted and come back without any hassle.

What made the trip really special, though, was how well we were treated. From check-in to check-out, the staff made us feel genuinely looked after, and that warmth is what we’ll remember most. It turned a good holiday into a happy one.

If we ever come back to Nha Trang, we won’t think twice — we’ll stay at Potique again.

Fantastic service from both Oscar and Victor. Oscar is a star and kept us amused with his stories and local knowledge. Rooms and facilities very extremely well designed and finished to a high standard. Breakfast was calm and professional. Club lounge was brilliant. All in all, its an exceptional hotel. We will be back.

We had a great stay. The hotel was super clean, smelled nice and was perfectly located. Even though they are close to the beach they offer a complimentary shuttle. Also, there are many cafes, shops and spa’s nearby. And they bring you a traditional Vietnamese cake daily. The service and politeness of the staff was also great. The only downside is that they do not have many vegetarian or pesceterian options at the breakfast buffet. Most of the food is with pork or other type of meat. If there would be a bit more vegetarian or fish options I would rate the hotel a 5/5.

Our experience at this hotel was beyond amazing, and a huge part of that is thanks to the sweet, lovely, and kind “Ty, Thien, Anhi”! Every single staff member was so warm and welcoming, making our first-ever trip to Nha Trang truly unforgettable. :) Between the immaculate room conditions and the fantastic location, this place has it all. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We would definitely love to come back!

Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, we were always greeted with smiles by staff each time we walked past and had a friendly chat.

The rooms were incredible, nicest we've stayed in Vietnam so far. Location second to none, a quick walk and your at the ocean or restaurants or what ever you are looking for.

Want to make special mention of the staff that made our stay memorable. Oscar from the reception team who went out of his way each time to make our stay comfortable, Nhung from the bar team made the most amazing cocktails with a smile always, Victor who always had a smile and ensured we were comfortable at all times

Good near beach and in the city center. Service is really good. Oscar, Victor and Uyen take care of us during our stay, and they also support us for late checking if possible. Highly recommended!

Special delight — the hotel's design. Everything is thought through to the smallest detail, very stylish, modern, and at the same time cozy. The atmosphere is perfect for total relaxation, and you can feel the care in every little thing.

Special thanks for the cleanliness: housekeeping is top-notch, and the laundry service is just magic! The linen comes back with such a delicate, pleasant scent that sleeping on it is a pure pleasure. The constant attention to guests is felt in everything.

But the main person who made our stay perfect is the receptionist Ty Thanh! Huge thanks to her for her attentiveness, sensitivity, and professionalism. She was always in touch, helped with any questions, and made us feel like we were visiting a caring friend. Employees like her are the hotel's gold!

A small tip for future guests: If you're planning to stay more than 2 days, we recommend not taking the Full Board option. The menu is quite limited, and by the third day it becomes hard to choose something new. It's much tastier and more varied to have dinner outside the hotel — there are plenty of great places around with authentic cuisine.

For the information of guests: the majority of rooms at this hotel do not have windows facing the street.

We will definitely come back to this hotel, and we really hope to meet Ty Thanh there again! If they keep up this high standard of service — we'll keep coming back again and again. And maybe next time they'll surprise us with something new? 😉

Overall — it's 10 out of 10! Vietnam has won our hearts, and Potique one of the best place to fall in love with this country.

All the staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially Le Thi Ngoc Anh helped us out a lot. The room was nice and neat. Breakfast was yummy and had various options. The location was amazing; close to the beach and downtown tourist spots. Overall, very pleasant experience and would highly recommend.

My mom booked this hotel for us, and we stayed at potique for 2days. It was surprising how kind every people in the hotel were! Room was also clean and neat too. The swimming pool at the 24th floor, every building was visible and the view was stunning
