A restful hotel
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. If we needed anything, they were very obliging. Quiet location, just 15 minute walk to station. A quiet, relaxing hotel.

Cons:

It involved some 'trial and error' in using the shower. A little note would help in this respect! Otherwise, problem-free!

Slept ok but was not worth £110 paid. Other rooms may be better but can only comment on our experience.
Pros:

Really friendly staff, hotel was very nice in appearance and in communal areas. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Room was fusty, small, cramped, paint peeling and in need of refurbishing.

A very tasty Scottish full breakfast - delicious 😋
Staff; young and older were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The room was a little hot, so I should have asked for a fan - but this fact has no bearing on the ownership oremployees.
It certainly a place I shall use again.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Evening meal very tasty & well cooked .
Breakfast was also good.
Our room was an annex room , ideal for our dogs who like early morning walks.
Bed was comfy , plenty of tea & coffee & yummy biscuits 😋
