Pros:

Below average experience, staff didn’t care much as they were busy, pool was nice but not enough seats, breakfast was nice too but staff weren’t very kind.

We had to ask front desk 5 times if we could have our room cleaned, waited over 6 hours for a below average clean, needed our towels replaced and almost had to beg for toilet paper, when the room was finally cleaned, it wasn’t worth the wait and constant asking. The staff apologised promised things and never delivered. Was honestly excited to leave

체크인하러 들어갈 때. 짐을 받아주러 나오는 직원이 없었습니다.아이들 데리고 캐리어 여러개 끌고 힘겹게 로비에 드러가랴고 하니. 그때서야 문을 열어주러 나오더군요. 그점 빼고는 만족합니다.

事前のリクエストをご配慮いただいたのですが　10泊の5日目深夜　部屋のTVの横の壁に5センチほどのヤモリが！
守り神とは聞いていても、、、
スタッフが素手で退治してくれましたが　かなりの心の痛手でした
就寝時に苦手なエアコン無しにしたかったので陽射しのない部屋にしたのですが　エアコンと電気をつけて寝ました。

大型ホテルなので朝食レストランもダイナミック　料理の補充も欠かさずでした
団体客も多数いたのですが
時間をずらせば混雑も緩和されました

전반적으로 꽤 만족스러웠습니다.
다만 어린이가 있어 엑스트라베드를 요청하니 방이 작아 안된다하여 방을 업그레이드했네요.
설명에 킹사이즈베드라고 되어있었는데 킹보단 좀 작은듯했거든요. 제돈주고 업그레이드가 좀 마음이 아팠지만 디스카운트는 해줬습니다.
시내 접근성좋고 조식도 만족스러웠네요.

窓の間近は隣の汚い大型の室外機　大きな音と空気が悪い
ベッドには　シーツが掛け布団代わりで
お布団は手の届かないクローゼットの上に置いてある
昼間でも暗くて照明が必要でした。リゾートホテルにがっかりでした

Natürlich ist es kein echtes 5* Hotel mit sämtlichen Services.
Aber dennoch ist es das beste (Preis/Leistung) Hotel das wir in Vietnam hatten. Wir bezahlen $31 pro Nach, waren
3 Nächte dort.
Schön grosse Zimmer, Sauber, super Pool und schöne Bar. Angenehme Preise bei der SPA und Bar (nich überteuerte wie normal in 5* Hotels üblich).
