We enjoyed our stay .
Pros:

The rooms were large, the pool is lovely, every thing was clean and the staff were great. Room service was available 24/7 with a lot of meal choices.
There is building work Everywhere around the hotel how ever we did not hear any noise in our room and only once when we were buy the pool. It definitely was not an issue.

Cons:

Room service - the western dishes were not as advertised. Best to stick to Indian food which was good quality. There were NO shops in the area. We had to uber everywhere. I feel the hotel would benefit if it had a small shop in the lobby that guests could buy snacks, toiletries and Knick knacks from.

Pros:

Too many money paid but not included breakfast which is not good for us.
I have paid more money for breakfast.

Cons:

As mentioned in above answer and not taken care for room service i.e. We have to called and asked for room internal things like for couple dental kit put only one. Not put shaving kit, tea bag, milk bag, sugar back etc come after very long time which I have already conveyed.

L'incivilité de certains clients. Incapables de se tenir correctement. Porte des chambres ouvertes, discussion à voix (intensément !) haute, musique à fond... obligée d'appeler la réception pour tenter (sans succès) de mettre fin à ce raffut et pouvoir (sans succès) dormir.

Pleasant ambiance for a comfortable and relaxed stay
Pros:

I booked this hotel in the last minute and I must say I did not regret choosing it. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. During the check-in, they were kind enough to upgrade the room to Executive Room with King Bed. The front office executive (Mr. Priyansh Chourasiya) personally came and showed us the room. The room with a balcony was pretty spacious and had very good amenities. Throughout the hotel, the staffs were courteous and welcoming. The breakfast had a variety of choices with a slight variation from one day to another. The dinner buffet also had a variety of choices. There were good food options for room service. The quality of food was pretty good and was not too expensive (considering it is a five star hotel). Taste-wise, we found the Indian food was better than the Western food. The hotel premise also had a large space to relax outside the room with activities like swimming, walking. In terms of location, the hotel is situated in the planned GIFT city, which is currently under development. The hotel is not too far from Gandhinagar, but may be a bit far from Ahmedabad. We did not have the need to go to Ahmedabad (apart from arrival and departure). It is easy to get around via taxi services like Uber. On the whole, it's is a good value for money.
