Amazing experience
Pros:

Stayed there at gift city club on March .Stay was as wonderful as it could be I must say . Reception staff like lolita is very helpful.she assist us regarding local handloom market . As in gift City there is no market or cinema hall but one good thing about gift city club is that they newly launched movie there Club box office..it's very good very convenient you don't need search somewhere else. Restaurant is good. food is delicious especially papri chat from the cafe near the swimming pool.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Recently had a pleasant stay at this property. The pool view room is very spacious, especially swimming pool is massive. Various options is available in pool cafe. Restaurants food is something that should be appreciated.
Above all these staff is very helpful and courteous. Front desk team is amazing

Pros:

I came here for a breakfast meeting. Food service was phenomenal. Amit Sharma explained everything great and hosted us with elegance. The location felt like I was not in India well maintained and clean will definitely come by again.

Good stay at gift city club hotel
Pros:

Our check in experience was not good but khushboo in the reception was very helpful. Overall, it was a good stay at the hotel. Khushboo talked to us in the lobby and gave us water bottles. She also helped us with bringing luggage into our room.Many thanks to khushboo.

Check in process was not good. We accidently forgot our oci cards so we were not assigned our room until 3 hours later. Finally, our relatives sent digital copies of our oci cards and then we were allowed to check in. We had to wait in the lobby for 4 hours. Also, service in the cafeteria was very poor and slow. We felt that foreign nationals were given preferential treatment over NRIs in the cafeteria.Also, there were some mosquitos in the balcony and there was lots of construction dust in the gift city area.

Our stay at Radisson Gift city club was fantastic! The rooms were spotless and cozy, with a beautiful view. Staff were super friendly and always ready to help specially Ms Lalita . The location was perfect for wedding , and the amenities like Wi-Fi and breakfast were top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!"

Good hotel in gift city we come here for a short stay but it was wonderful all the amenities was superbbbbb staff are very polite and welcoming they help me with some takeaway for our guest they also like it Spa services are good. They are going to open Box office soon which I’m eagerly waiting. This time I didn’t get time but next time for sure I’ll book tickets and will enjoy . Front office team is good

Lots of construction noise all day long, no intimation of the same on the website at time of booking. Paper thin walls. Very poor noise insulation in the room.

Wonderful week at the Gift City Club
Pros:

We are staying at the Gift City Club Hotel, and having a very nice time thanks to their very attentive team, including Safura at the reception.
Amit, at the Rise restaurant, is exceptionally proactive—anticipating our needs and suggesting dishes that perfectly suited our tastes. What really stood out is his thoughtfulness; while we were waiting for a taxi, he brought us a takeaway coffee, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. Highly recommend for anyone looking for attentive and friendly service!
