Perfect for longer stays
Pros:

Spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything you need. Staff were very responsive and helpful as well.

Cons:

Location wasn’t as convenient, especially to get to the airport.

Spacious apartment in good locations for all main city attractions
Pros:

The facility is in a good quiet central location with good access to cafes, the centre and the Market square. It has excellent bathroom and bed. It ie very spacious and secure.

Cons:

For eating in, kitchen facilities were a bit limited and there was no cafetière

Oase der Ruhe in wunderschönem Design im Zentrum von Helsinki

Absolut bestes Apartment, das wir bekommen konnten. Höchstmaß an Komfort, was Größe, Lage und Ausstattung angeht. Zimmer mittels Lüftung immer angenehm temperiert, absolut ruhige Lage zum begrünten Innenhof und gleichzeitig zentral und sehr gut angebunden mit der Straßenbahn. Vieles lässt sich zu Fuß erkunden (ein schönes Designmuseum liegt gleich gegenüber, z.B.). Ein Hinweis noch einmal an den Betreiber (das ist keine Kritik, sondern nur eine Erinnerung): Wie wir Ihnen schon am ersten Tag mitgeteilt haben, hat ein Gast vor uns den Griff der Waschmaschine so beschädigt, dass wir sie nicht nutzen konnten. Um den hohen Komfort der Unterkunft absolut aufrecht zu erhalten, sollten Sie sich zeitnah um Ersatz bzw. Reparatur kümmern. Für uns war es insofern kein Problem, da wir nur vier Nächte geblieben sind. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wird es aber zum Problem, wenn die Waschmaschine nicht genutzt werden kann. Ansonsten war das Apartment eine Oase der Ruhe und Erholung nach langen Stadtbesichtigungen. Wir konnten am letzten Tag auch unsere Koffer bis zur Abreise unterbringen. Wirklich PERFEKT!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Très bonne adresse et confortable
Pros:

Studio bien proportionné, bien meublé, très confortable, donne sur une cour intérieur donc très calme.
Pas très loin du centre et le tram à 20 m.

暮らすように旅することが旅することができる最高のホテル
Pros:

トラムの停留所がホテルの目の前にあり、中央駅へは歩いて15分、エスプラナーディ通りは10分弱で到着します．朝早くの便で到着したのでチェックイン前に荷物を預けられたのも良かったです．
周囲には飲食店や美味しいアイススタンド、Kーmarketもあり非常に便利です．スーパーや市場で買い物をしてキッチンで調理を楽しむこともできます．
洗濯機の操作がわからず困っていたら、夜遅くにも関わらずチャットで対応してくれました．次に訪れた際も泊まりたいです．

Cons:

特にありませんが、洗濯機や食洗機、IHコンロの操作は海外旅行者には少し難しかったです．

A very well run apartment building - highly recommended.
Pros:

The apartment is one of many run by the Bob W. group. Ours was excellent in a very historic building and located in a quiet neighbourhood.
The apartment has good attention to detail such as lighting in wardrobes, night safety light, washing machine/dryer. The kitchen is clean and well equipped.
The hosts are always available to assist with any questions.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like!

Pros:

Excellent , quiet location. Easy to walk to central area. Very well equipped and comfortable beds

Cons:

Lack of storage in second bedroom. Additional sheer curtains in the bedrooms would have been nice for added privacy.

一人旅には贅沢なステイでした。
Pros:

市の中心に近く、トラムも建物のすぐ前に止まるので移動がとても楽でした。とても広く、中庭に面した部屋だったので静かで落ち着けました。以前カタヤノッカにも泊まりましたが、こちらは窓が大きくて開放的な雰囲気です。

Cons:

洗濯乾燥機が付いているのは大変ありがたかったのですが、室内物干し台があればもっとよかったなと思います。

Great apartment, would stay again.
Pros:

Very clean, nice touches around the apartment, great location. Nice coffee provided. Overall fantastic stay!

Cons:

We found the central heating too warm, especially on one of the days which was quite hot. This wasn’t adjustable unfortunately.
