Stay there but ask for a better room
Pros:

Management of the property and some staff were really kind. Stayed there 2 times before which made me come back again but 3rd time was bad unfortunately. But full refund provided so have nothing to say against the staff and their manager as they are very kind people. Staff took note of the issues and agreed to do improvements in the room and also apologised with full refund provided.

Cons:

I stayed on a different floor 2 times which was really good and great value for money, however, the 3rd time I was put on another floor and unfortunately some insects were biting me and I could not sleep also the air conditioning was leaking and producing a lot of smell which was very unpleasant…

Tres proche de l'aéroport, chambre propre et spacieuse. Tres bon accueil.

Cons:

Je ne suis pas restée assez longtemps pour voir les points négatifs. Peut-être un peu excentré mais c'est normal si on veut être à côté de l'aéroport.

The best!!
Pros:

The best hotel I've stayed at in the 3-months I've been in vietnam! This was the second time I've stayed here and would still be there if it wasn't sold out!! Gym, swimming pool, and sauna included!! Also washing machine in room and staff are very helpful and friendly!! 🙂🙂🙂

Cons:

The gym could have more weights, but for the price, i can't complain !

Amazing stay
Pros:

Comfortable stay. Smooth communication. The receptionist spoke Japanese and she was very friendly to me. I was impressed by everything at the hotel.
