An absolutely exceptional stay from start to finish. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.
The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, comfortable, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was elegant and welcoming, and the location was excellent.
What truly made the experience special, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly professional, respectful, friendly, and always ready to help. The level of hospitality and service was outstanding and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our entire stay.
It’s rare to find a hotel that combines excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality this well. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

Great location, clean, and in good condition, good stuff, good room, good breakfast and dinner, good bar, very good SPA and indoor and outdoor pools, close to the beach, great environment with a very long and nice promenade, 10 min walking distance to other parts of the city center.
Very low cold water pressure in the room.

There are no toothbrushes and toothpaste in the rooms. We booked a room with breakfast included, but it was not provided. I think the price is too high. Initially, we asked for rooms next to each other, but they were not provided. Only after endless negotiations did they give us two rooms next to each other. I am disappointed.
