הספא מקום נעים ומפנק אבל אין מספיק מטפלות למסג. היו רק 2 ואי אפשר היה לקבל מסג. וזה חבל. מאחר ואני אוהב את המלון הזה והייתי רוצה בעתיד לחזור אליו

מלון מקסים, מפואר, מפנק, הצוות שירותי ואדיב ביותר, החדר היה גדול ,מרווח ומאוד נוח , המיקום הכי מרכזי שאפשר

Cons:

התחזוקה טעונת שיפור , היו כמה דברים בחדר שלא עבדו או היו מקולקלים , נכון שהגיעו ותיקנו מהר מאוד אבל הייתי מצפה שזה לא יקרה. בנוסף, יש בעיה כללית במערכת המים, המים מתחלפים מקרים לחמים במהלך המקלחת וזה די מעצבן.. פרט לכך המלון מושלם!

A modern hotel in the great location
Pros:

The hotel is modern and very nice designed, the location is very good, close to everything. The room was large and the beds were comfortable, with a nice view and great isolation. The spa facilities are great. The Executive Chef was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is ok. We had a great time at the New Year party.

Cons:

When we arrived in the evening to the hotel, we got a room with the broken window. After we complained, we’ve been moved to another room, which was an upgraded one with a balcony. The air conditioner was not enough for heating the room and it was pretty cold since it was a very cold weather and strong winds. The room service was not professional, however the food was excellent.

נהנינו מאוד ונחזור שוב.
Pros:

המלון נוח מאוד, לא גדול מדי וזה יתרון אדיר. מלון יפה, החדר היה מושלם עם המרפסת.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה נהדרת. לא צפוץ במסעדה . מאוד מאוד נהנינו. צוות הקונסיירג' היה אדיב מאוד.
הספא היה מצוין. הפדיקור היה ברמה מקצועית מאוד.
תודה לכם.

ביום הראשון לא היה ציוד טואלטיקה בחדר. למחרת הכל סודר כמובן.
אפשר לנקות את הרצפה והאבק קצת יותר טוב.

В туалете отсутствует ершик и гигиенический душ/ вода, чай, кофе в номере не обновляют без многократных напоминаний/ комплиментарные аксессуары ( зубная щетка , бритва и тп) отсутствуют/ плохая звукоизоляция балконов - невозможно спать с открытым балконом, если шумные соседи
