Pros:

A localização é boa, local silencioso, fácil estacionar, os funcionários são ótimos, banheiro amplo, local para por as malas bom, não cobraram taxa para pet.

Cons:

Apartamento 39 continua não funcionando a descarga, tive que retirar a tampa da caixa para acionar. O vaso sanitário esta solto. Café da manhã razoável.

Pros:

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e o café da manhã é bom. As camas são confortáveis e roupa de cama e banho limpas. A localização é ótima, próxima ao aeroporto de Ribeirão Preto.

Cons:

Somente da entrada do hotel ser aberta para a rua, próxima aos quartos. Como moro numa cidade violenta em outro estado, me senti um pouco insegura, mesmo sabendo que Ribeirão Preto é bem mais segura do que onde moro. Tirando isso, a hospedagem foi perfeita. Ótimo custo benefício.
