The hotel was run down, there were bugs in the rooms, unclean bedding and towels(told they had no clean ones) only person at front desk and he looked like he had just woken up when he actually showed up at front desk. Inside and outside hotel was dirty and run down. 2 rooms we had bedding was stained and dirty and only 1 pillow per bed. other hotel guests unable to reach front desk employee at phone number listed to call. Pool was dirty with bugs in it, no towels and dirty bandaid on floor right next to pool. Would NEVER stay here again

Not worth it. First impressions are everything and when I pulled up and saw broken windows and construction equipment laying around everywhere, that should've been my first clue. Looks closed/run down instead of "under renovation."

I had originally requested a handicap accessible room because my mobility isn't the greatest after a recent surgery and the only rooms they had were standard rooms on the second floor. With no elevator. If you don't have the rooms to accommodate, then don't list them online.

I get up to the room and it reeks off paint fumes. Thankfully the AC unit was working and was able to clear the smell pretty quickly. Then there was the top blanket on the bed with a (presumably) cigarette burn right in the middle of it. There was a raised desk next to the TV with two chairs and a regular table along the wall but the normal height table had a mini fridge under it so I had to eat at the raised one, which when sitting down, came to an awkward chest height.

Just all around a bad experience. You can get better quality for less money in the area.

The rooms were completely nasty. They put us in a room that hadn't been cleaned. Stains all over everything. No bedding. The light sockets were all pulled out of the wall. The fridge was falling out. So much wrong

The property was under construction, the hallways were very cold and dirty. The bedding was dirty in spots. The walls were smeared with what appeared to be makeup and or dirt.

Just on arrival, the hotel looks like a dump. I mean broken down, tall grass, broken windows, it looks abandoned. Nothing worked everything was out of service like the quest restrooms, the doors, and especially the pool. The reason i got the hotel and the pool was not in service. Wow. The hotel smells dirty and like weed, i mean down the halls. The staff are rude and disrespectful even to the point of them trying to come in my room while I was sleeping with my wife. Never again will I stay there our look for a hotel using these site. Very disappointed

The room we stayed in its self was ok. But the night staff was very rude and disnt want to communicate. The breakfast was NOT like it showed in the pictures, only cereal was available. She said the waffle maker waant working but my daughter turned it on and it worked great. She was just way to lazy and didnt want to get everything out for the waffles and she refused to make sausage. The pool could be open a bit longer. The hallways looked like they had not been vacuumed in forever. There was dirt and dry wall falling a part and all over the hallways. I mean i guess we got what we paid for. Ill never stay here again though.
