The Westin Hotel was elegant, comfortable, and provided excellent service throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank Mr. Filip from the concierge team for his outstanding assistance. He was very professional, helpful, and attentive, making my stay much more convenient and enjoyable.

the The hotel was very comfortable, and the location was extremely strategic, right above a shopping mall, so there was no need to leave the building to go shopping.

The breakfast was very complete, offering Indonesian, Chinese, and Western menus. Everything was delicious and tasted amazing. The service was excellent and very friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Karan for serving me so well and with great kindness. Thank you as well to all the staff, from the receptionists, housekeeping team, the bellgirl (sorry if I forgot her name), and Coach Endang who guided me during yoga 😃.

Overall, everything was excellent, and this would definitely be a place I would return to whenever I visit Surabaya 😃🫰

Stayed for 3 nights on club level, room small by Westin /Ritz Carlton standard but the warm hospitality and excellent service of staff at the exit/ entrance from hotel to Pakuwon/PTC mall, Magnolia restaurant and club lounge staff made my stay so welcoming and enjoyable. Special thanks to Evanthio, Enrico, chefs /service staff at the lounge/ coffee house for going above and beyond the service standard of other luxury hotels for their professionalism. Thank you team for the exceptional service 🌹.

this is the 2nd time i am staying in Westin hotel Pakuwon surabaya, as always, very excellent services from all hotel staff, starting from door man, security, concierge, receptionist, room boy, stewards, food handler, Chefs , duty-manager. Clean and convenient room, good gym and pool, strategic location near mall and food store, easy to get taxy etc. specially thanks for freddy and Ilham , from room service. Karan and Chef Patrick from restaurant during breakfast , i really enjoy staying in this hotel and this will be my priority hotel during visit to surabaya

Good stuff, good room, good atmosphere

Such a great hotel. Great location being directly connected to a large mall with lots of food options and very easy to get a Grab to take you round Surabaya. It is about 40-50mins from the airport but its easy to get a Grab in both directions. The hotel is modern and the rooms are spacious. It represents the Marriott concept of a double decker hotel (2 separate hotels in one building) but it works perfectly, the guests of the Westin have access to the Four Points Sheraton pool but also have a private pool which guests of the Four Points Sheraton don’t have access to. If you book a Westin Club room, or have Marriott loyalty status, you have access to the club lounge on the 39th floor which serves breakfast, afternoon tea and sandwiches and the general Marriott evening cocktail service for cocktails, beers and wine from 5-8pm and multiple food options from 6-8pm……the staff in the Club lounge are amazing - if anyone needs training in customer service they should call these guys….they’ll show you how to deliver 5 star service

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Westin. Checking in was efficient and quick, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast at the Magnolia was superb, The crew at Magnolia was very attentive and courteous - Mas Sabri, Mbak Vika, Mas David, Chet Lutvi were just among the super team at Magnolia. Overall it was a great stay and would highly recommend the Westin if you're visiting Surabaya.

Had a truly delightful weekend stay at The Westin Surabaya with my family.

Despite arriving on an exceptionally busy weekend due to a university graduation, the entire experience—from arrival to check-in and being escorted to our room—was handled seamlessly and with great efficiency.

As someone who has recently joined Marriott Bonvoy, I appreciated that the membership benefits were thoughtfully honored. We were granted a late checkout until 2 PM (on a weekend), our preferences were well noted, and we were assigned a corner room with a beautiful view.

The room itself was immaculate, with a cool and well-maintained atmosphere—something we value highly as a family with dust sensitivities. The lavender balm amenities were a subtle yet memorable touch, creating a calming environment that helped the kids rest comfortably.

A lovely addition was the children’s activities by the pool on Saturday afternoon, which added a family-friendly element to the stay and kept the little ones happily engaged.

Breakfast was undoubtedly a highlight. The selection was extensive and consistently excellent. What elevated the experience further was the exceptional service from Matriin and Sabri, who were attentive, thoughtful, and especially accommodating to our children. Their warm hospitality, along with the availability of special off-menu dishes, made the breakfast feel truly personalized.

Overall, a refined and well-curated stay that balances comfort, service, and family-friendly touches beautifully. We look forward to returning.

Management should actually spend a night in the rooms to note minor annoyances and rectify.
Rooms are clean and appointed as you would expect, staff very helpful.
Club lounge is an exceptional space.

Required improvements: adjust shower door so that it does not push the matt away when you open to step out of shower making it useless.
Create somewhere to hang towel while in shower. Should not have to put towel on the floor to reach from shower.
Update TV's so they bluetooth compatible, have Netflix, Youtube etc.
Gym shared with Four Points is one of the worst I've seen, unless you only want a running or cycling machine you are pretty much wasting your time. Space is there, but selection of equipment is very poor.

Overall disappointing when you can stay in Four Points downstairs that has all of this handled.
