The bathroom flooded until they fixed it. Otherwise bed was super awesome!

Location -acrosss from park-I could go running everyday. Close to downtown.

buena pero pudo ser excelente.
Pros:

las chicas de recepcion de la mañana estan juntas y no te pelan y teienen un modo feo de responder, me hicieron regresar por el control remoto al entregar la habitacion y yo cargando mis maletas y mas, en cambio los chicos de recepciond e la noche muy amables y soibre todo atentos.

noi me gusto que no me ofrecieron desayuno, ya cuando sali vi el restaurant y pase y la verdad estuvo todo miuy bien los mesesros y el personal de l restaurat otro nivel, tienen una atencion guauu que te hacen sentir muy bien hasta quieres quedarte ahi, es super bien atendido, y me dio coraje no haber disfrutado del restauramt por culpa d elos de rececpcion que no dieron informes.

La ubicación, cerca de lugares de interés, cerca de lugares para comer, cerca de transporte público, zona muy segura donde puedes caminar sin riesgos ni problemas de robó, vale la pena visitar Querétaro

mal servicio de internet, muy mal el servicio de la señal de televisión tuve señal como dos horas de repente se apago y salio una leyenda diciendo que no contaba con señal provar mas tardé y resulta que nunca pude ver la televisión, por mi trabajo he estado en docenas de hoteles, en ocasiones he llegado dos horas antes o mas y sin problema te dan acceso a tu habitación, aquí llegue 15 minutos antes y me dijorn esperece hasta la tres no puede pasar antes :(
